Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. My husband booked a timed appointment and arrived early, yet he wasn’t seated until 20 minutes after his scheduled start. What should have been a simple haircut then took over two hours to complete. I understand this is a training school, but your website clearly states appointments take a maximum of 1.5 hours. Taking well over two hours is unacceptable and misleading. If you advertise a timeframe, you need to stick to it. For a central London location, many people book around work or during lunch breaks, this kind of delay makes that impossible. There was also no communication or apology for the wait. Poor time management and not respectful of customers’ time. We won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: Best haircut I’ve ever had from the barber called Berzan. Premium service and he finished with lemon cologne and a razor which was very satisfying.

Fantastic experience: Ruben did an amazing zero fade on my hair today. Much better than the 'professional' haircuts I've had at many official barbers. I also like the learning atmosphere of the place, which is more fun than a typical barber experience. Will be back.

Negative experience: Horrific experience, the student pressed his razor too hard most of the time that i ended up having scratches at the back. There are better (and safer!) options outside so won’t dare to come back again. Not to mention there isn’t a teacher supervising most of the time so good luck :) Update: In response to the owner’s reply, I want to clarify that this was my personal experience on 27th Jan 2025. I’m sharing this to help future customers make informed decisions. I understand that students are still under training and mistakes can happen, especially with razor work, which i totally get that. However the student didn’t notify nor apologised after the incident which is the most frustrating part. He simply pretend nothing happened. I only found out after i went home and my wife noticed that straightaway! I can understand if i have darker color skin then the cuts might not be as visible but i don’t, so the student who handled my haircut can definitely see them. If it’s just a bad haircut i’d understand, but suffering the razor cuts and not proactively informed by the student i’m not sure that’s the right thing to do I know I only paid £5 but that doesn’t mean i need to suck it up and empathise with the student no matter what.

Fantastic experience: I've been going there for almost 2 years. price is very reasonable. they apprentices are very careful with the haircut and their teachers are very professional and tentative. Do expect some waiting time and longer haircut time because it's mianly done by apprentices but the quality is top-notch.

They were clearly fairly nervous throughout but were extremely enthusiastic to get the job right, checking with me throughout whether everything was going well and checking with their mentor if there was any doubt whatsoever. The final result was exactly what I wanted so as they gain in confidence Im sure they'll be excellent hair specialists.
