Negative experience: Do not come here if you want a slightly above average technical haircut. just a scissor maintenance cut requested, butchering it with absolutely no texture, no shape, no care for how it looks. i havent had this bad a haircut in YEARS, and for 33 quid too. They were too busy talking to one other customer about his time in prison to notice the atrocious job they were doing to my hair. Horrible. Thought id try look nice to see my fiance, and theyve ruined that.

Fantastic experience: I went to The Brothers Barber today and had a low fade with Dylan ,honestly one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time. He took his time, paid attention to detail, and made sure the fade was clean and sharp. The whole experience was relaxed and professional, and I walked out feeling really confident with my cut. Highly recommend Dylan if you want a fresh, quality haircut!

Negative experience: Never coming here again. The guy was rude and got annoyed when I asked to change a minor thing about my haircut … on my own hair. Also it cost £35? He trimmed my beard slightly and did a very minor taper fade (and got annoyed when I asked for a little bit more off). He did a good job on my beard so I’m not giving this a 1 star. And to be honest, the other guy seemed to be nice & doing a good job. Maybe the guy I got was having a bad day and taking it out on me. But still to pay £35 for someone to be rude, when I’m paying him for a 30 minute job - ain’t right. Also on a side note he was putting his hands on my lips whilst he was doing one side of my beard. Then as I was visibly getting annoyed and moving my mouth, he didn’t do it when he did the other side - so he could’ve not put his hands all over my lips the first time?? Very disappointed cos this place has very good reviews - maybe I just got unlucky.

The attention to detail on the finish was spot-on, with everything looking neat and tidy from every angle. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Easily one of the best cuts I’ve had in a while. Fantastic experience: First time visiting this barber. Excellent service, greeted with a big smile, very welcoming. Very easy way to pay as well. I really liked that he asked me how I style my hair before he started. Very professional because I find that very often in other places they just cut it as they think it is best without asking the client. That was a great service I thought. The actual place is immaculate, clean, enough seats for everyone, offers WiFi as well which is super easy and quick to connect. He’s got this place super well organised which gives confidence to the client. He looked great himself which again sends the right message, specially to new customers like me. Fantastic experience: I had Sam cut my hair, he was friendly and did a great job with the trim. He even gave me a free bottle of water as I was coughing when I came in. I’ve been going here for a year or so now and haven’t had one bad haircut, so would recommend.

Negative experience: I've recently lost my voice and could be considered disabled and I've been going here 2 years and the barber cutting my hair was not very understanding and was being overall quite difficult to deal with and the situation could of escalated if the lead barber didn't step in, so the barber cutting my hair was basically providing bad service to a disabled person and even shouting and being argumentative with a disabled person who can't even talk properly let alone shout and they were being difficult in general, if the hair cut and beard trim wasn't good I would of rated this place lower. Plus I've used this place Before and the barber was eating crisps and didn't wash his hands and then was cutting hair. Both times were with that short guy.

Negative experience: Mediocre service, wanting to finish the cut and get paid, I don't know why it has so many good reviews because it seems like they just want to finish to get the money. One of my worst feelings in a barbershop in London, very stale and unpleasant. My English is not good but body language is international and I am a sociable person, they ask me while they cut me off Happy? It could be deduced that no. On top of that they tell me to leave a comment, there you have it xD

Negative experience: I've been there a few times, and both instances with the short guy cutting my hair were awful. It seems he stopped learning how to cut hair around the same time he stopped growing. Additionally, it's overpriced and the staff can be rude. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
