Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if I could, worst hair cut and I still. Manager didn't even attempt to make the situation right just looked the other way. They should be ashamed at the work they put out and still have audacity to charge. That's it not going back for sure

Fantastic experience: 1st time here ... I've switched from shorter haircuts where basically anybody can do those. I've gone multiple times to others and the results were not great. Got in with Nick , and he knew exactly what was going on , and he took the time to check my hair out and we came up with a basic 1st time plan. Very pleased with the result. Will be coming back !

Negative experience: Where do I start. They canceled my appointment 2 times but I was ok with that, I decided hey ill give them another chance so walked in and right away the front desk lady(black haired) was very snobby maybe having a bad day not sure. I said hi she said just a sec went some where I sat down for 10 minutes was thinking to leave but I had already found a parking spot. She literally came back and I guess forgot to ask my name or is most likely literally new, then gave me a bad look. Finally a barber called me after about 25 minutes which was ok also the place was too loud like a dance club which was ok but had not been cleaned with lots of hair all over and some kind of smell that wasn't good, So the haircut was very quick 10 minutes which I don't mind because I really wanted to get out of their as I didn't feel welcomed already because literally the front desk lady which I don't usually agree but hey it happens. The haircut well let me tell you it was as usual not to say good but as I can put it alright I guess not satisfied but hey its their first time. The one guy I'm pretty sure is the owner of this joint oh man sure was yelling in the back somewhere and howling. Kind of suspicious dude if you ask me. So anyways don't think these are the people to be in business from what I experienced but hey sometimes things can go wrong

The atmosphere, cleanliness and customer service is always maintained to a high standard. I personally go to Billy's for my haircut and his service is always top notch and never disappoints. He’s consistent, detail-oriented, and always makes sure you leave the chair looking sharp. “Back in the game” as he puts it. Beyond the haircut, it’s the experience that keeps me coming back—Billy is easygoing, friendly, and genuinely cares about his clients. You never feel rushed, and the quality is always top notch. After a decade of regular visits, I can confidently say you won’t find a more reliable barber. I just hope he doesn’t get so popular that I can no longer get in!

Negative experience: Brought my 2 year old here after the great reviews. Had an older gentleman doing the cut and even though I explained what was wanted, he didn't understand what a fade was and left a long, bowl cut-esque section at the back, which is exactly what I said we wanted to avoid. The Barber himself was nice and friendly but apparently not up to date on modern haircuts

Negative experience: Explicitly said I am here to fix a 1 month old bad haircut, not get another one He went shorter than I half of what I wanted, the length at the front was all over the place. The top hair looks like a Mohawk and I asked for a french crop style! I am literally wearing a hat throughout my days to hide this abomination as I wait for 2 months to get another haircut. Better at talking than listening.

Fantastic experience: Just throwing this out there. Literally the WORST haircut I have ever gotten. I feel like they stole a month of my life. Cheated on my regular barber for convenience and learned my lesson. I get the numbers game but slow down. Place is like a night club. Skip it.
