Fantastic experience: Went here for a haircut with Hassan. He didn’t rush it, took his time and made sure everything looked clean. The fade and blend came out really smooth. Definitely one of the best cuts I’ve had in a while. I’ll for sure be coming back.

Fantastic experience: Best barber shop ever!!! I have been to this barber shop for almost half year it has the best service and perfect hair cut in my life. My barber is Steven, if you dont know who you should choose just go with him no regrets I promise.

Negative experience: had a booking, but when I arrived the barber was busy and no one informed me in advance. I waited for around 20 minutes without any update. A simple heads-up or better time management would really improve the experience.

Negative experience: I have had good service here before, but I think the cost for some of the services (eg: $45 for a hot towel shave) is a touch steep, and twice now I have shown up (early no less) for an appointment that ended up running 15, 20, 30 minutes later than I booked (today I left at the 15 minute mark instead of waiting again), with no communication from the desk staff about the delays. If the online scheduler doesn’t work and/or walk-ins are privileged over booked appointments, reconsider its implementation. Furthermore I have seen several workers reuse unsterilized tools between clients (not the case with the specific barber I have seen, otherwise I would never have returned), and it gives me the creeps. I think it is unlikely I will return at this point, which is a shame because I liked the location and I liked the barber I visited (at least when the appointments I booked were honored).

Negative experience: I didn’t have a good experience with Sammy. The haircut felt very rushed and lacked attention to detail. The use of the tools was quite rough, which caused irritation on my neck that lasted for a couple of days. Overall, the service felt uncomfortable and below my expectations.

Fantastic experience: For a men's haircut this is the place to be. Every dollar spent here is worth it, a men's haircut runs at ~38$. I've been coming to have Jonh work on my hair for a while, and i noted he used a straight razor to sort out the neckline hair, and the work was so fine , it matched, or perhaps exceeded an excellent experience i had in Louisiana, also known for its razor work. So after that point i've had Jonh sort out my beard when i can't get the lines right, and he even gave me advice on how not to burn the devil out of my skin after recently changing my razor type. i had a men's haircut and quickshave (clean up the beard lines, light removal of jawline hair, etc), and the work was completely on point. I could not do better if i tried. call or book online with their website , or just walk-in. their shop is outfit with every tool required for other more in-depth stuff.

Person to person just wasn’t for me, was resolved so thank you.

The barber actually listened to what I wanted and checked in throughout the cut to make sure it was the right length and style. The fade was super clean and blended, and they shaped up the neckline and sides really nicely. They also offer beard trims, lineups, hot shaves, and other grooming services, which makes it a convenient place to come for everything at once. Would recommend.

Negative experience: I called STB asking if they have a fade specialist. I was told all their barbers are trained on fades. I looked on Instagram and was happy with Kam’s work. I walked in looking for a haircut from Kam 40 minutes before they closed. I was told Kam was doing his last haircut to the day (weird 40 mins before closing while also saying they accept walking 15 mins before closing) so I was shown to another barber Hasim. My haircut was below average but not horrible. I asked for a simple taper fade and a little off the top. The fade was choppy and not even and just felt like it wasn't done with care. The lady at the front desk however was very nice and took care to me when I paid.

Negative experience: First day off in a while drove to this place since most people are closed on the long weekend thanks for making sure it says open on google and then I see the “closed” sign. Edit: after driving all the way there I see the closed sign in the front of the shop.

Fantastic experience: Danny is the only barber that I trust to cut my toddlers hair. He’s so patient with our son, and does an outstanding job even though he’s crying murder (granted he’s not even two and has no clue what is happening) and is constantly moving around. He has yet to knick J or give him an uneven cut! The rest of the team there is great and always shows concerns when J starts crying, but it’s nothing out of the norm for us. J always leaves looking great and gets tons of complements after a visit with Danny. Highly recommend Danny and his ninja like reflexes!!

My wife stumbled across this place as my son is only 18 months old and extremely difficult to give him a trim. She went in with zero expectations. They told her Alex is the best when it comes to kids. Adam (my son) came home and sincerely I was astonished how he managed to give him a cut like that. I came to the shop to show my gratitude and try him for a cut. Wow, I switched from my other barber who I thought he's the best city wide. Now I come here as the experience is very different. The staff are all so polite and chill. They even took a quick 2 minute break on everyone's cuts so they could sing happy birthday to one of the stylists with a cake and all! Fantastic experience: I originally found this barber shop for my honorary nephew cos his mom just would shave it clean off every time he needed a cut and he wanted something better. Since then I’ve been bringing my husband and my own kids (I’m up to 3 sons now LOL.) my oldest has no fear, sits like a champ, always comes out looking like the most stylish toddler on the block. My middle son? His hair doesn’t grow fast which is a blessing because his 2x cuts a year are full of anxiety for us because the minute he’s in the chair he becomes possessed with a demon. It’s super embarrassing for us and we have done every trick google has given us to try and make it enjoyable for him (and the other patrons.) The owner himself is PHENOMENAL with children. He performed a live exorcism in the form of paw patrol on his own phone for our son, stayed and chatted. Always gives the kids candy and talks with them like they’re grown customers too and not the hardest cuts. The barbers themselves always do an amazing job. even with the smallest child where I just accept “if it’s cut it’s fine” but he still looks like a million bucks. They’re also the only ones who have my husband not looking like a fool when he gets a cut. He’s also prone to a lot of ingrowns so he usually avoids hot shaves like the plague but he always opts in here because they actually take the time to figure out what kind of beard hair they’re dealing with and what needs to be done. They have 4 customers for life in the term of my sons and husband. I recommend them to everyone who asks where to go. If we ever have another child and I ended up with 4 boys we know he’ll come here too. This is THE place to get your cut done in Calgary.

Positive experience: Love haircuts here! Been booking by phone ever since. A let down by being told I can only book online now. Like, I'm talking to the receptionist, why can't they book an apointment for me right there? They are there in the shop! Now, I have to open a computer, go to the website and fill in infos that's not needed just to get a haircut.

He’s very understanding when explaining what kind of haircut you want to get, he takes his time and doesn’t rush. Very meticulous to make sure you leave the chair happy. Definitely recommend going to him. The shop is also amazing! Very big with multiple forms of entertainment.

Negative experience: If you're in your late teens or early adult with mid length hair, don't trust them, they do well with young kids or adults who like their hair short. I've come hear multiple times, I have wavy mid length hair, asking for simple clean ups on the side and backs, they consistently touch the front, I've had a full inch cut off, and now am back to trying to grow my hair back out again, this has happened twice. I am never going to come back unles I want my hair short. Ever since I grew out my hair and switched to a middle part, I have never been happy with a hair cut from here.

Fantastic experience: Amazing set up. And fast. But the speed does not tale away from the skill. Left feeling Amazing. Hair cut was on point and beard trim and hot shave so relaxing. Would 100% recommend
