I just wanna say: (I’ve had other haircuts, at other hair salons, but the hairdressers rushed through it, I had longer and shorter hair strands) it just looked awful. P.S. thank you Zia! I’ll come back, and get another haircut, plus she showed me the shampoo, that she recommended, I liked the smell of it too

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Tommy Guns Sunridge for about 4-5 years now and it is the best Tommy Guns location of all the ones I’ve been to and I’ve been to quite a few over the years. Their people have always treated me top notch, the cashiers who greet me and the hairstylists. I had my haircuts with Cassandra for the longest time until she recently moved and I was very happy with her. I am now having my haircut with Ada and I am very happy with her.

Fantastic experience: So good. Very happy with my son's cut. He was super happy too. Gave the person an outline of what we wanted at the beginning and then she nailed it. While I was waiting the person that was sweeping up told me about some of the products I was looking at, told me how she used some products, asked about my hair and made some recommendations. Low pressure but took the time to talk to me about product. At the counter the person asked how the service was I asked my son and he was all smiles and said it was great person was really nice. Overall great experience. No issues with anything.

Negative experience: Really disappointed with my haircut here. I asked for a clean lineup and instead got a section shaved way too far back, leaving a visible patch that’s going to grow in awkwardly. The barber didn’t check or fix it, and now I’m stuck waiting for it to grow out. Poor attention to detail. Every visit to this shop has been disappointing, I’ve gone here a few times because I really wanted to give them a chance but the consistency is just not really there. There’s always an uneven area or a visible fade line that should have been blended properly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here regularly for my haircuts, and I always choose Dren. She is an excellent hairstylist who consistently delivers the exact style I want.

Positive experience: Initially was going to walk out due to being made to feel uncomfortable. Had a walk in timing seemed great multiple empty chairs. However reception/host went out three times to try to get a stylist who wasn’t busy but got sent away(the wall said 0 minutes) I would have given 1 star if it wasn’t for Tao. Tao gave me an Amazing haircut from Tao and was patient with my styling choice changes. Personally I just wanted the cut and to leave and never come back but he saved their reputation. 10/10 wont regret just ask for Tao!

Negative experience: If there was an options of no star I will gave it to this barber shop , The staff are very racist and rude. I came here before to book an appointment for my hair color, but the receptionist didn’t listen to me at all and was busy with her phone. Because I’m Muslim, she didn’t even lift her head from her phone. Apparently, they don’t come here to do their job — they come to play with their phones. Not recommended this place they are so rude and their customer service is zero

Negative experience: Have been coming to this barbershop for 5 years, Dusty is an amazing barber and I never have a bad experience with her. Their new receptionist on the other hand has made my experience terrible. 3 times in a row now when she is working I have booked my appointment via the app, and shown up only to find out because I didn’t answer a phone call that she’s cancelled my spot and now I’m stuck waiting again. I like most normal people are not in the habit of picking up random phone calls from unknown numbers, and my phone automatically sends them to voicemail. The other receptionists, barbers and staff have been nothing but pleasant, kind, respectful and wonderful but this one receptionist has absolutely frustrated me. Each cancellation has resulted in me waiting an extra 20-45 minutes and I’m fed up with it.
