Experiência negativa: Achei o espaco limpo e organizado, muito gentis, mas o corte em si nao vale o valor praticado. O rodrigo foi simpatico, mas fez me um corte de um iniciante. Corte com muitas marcas, a tesoura que usou para desbastar o meu cabelo puxava imenso (nao sei se era da tesoura ou do profissional a usar incorretamente). Em geral nao recomendo.

Experiência negativa: Today I took an appointment at 17:00 for my 3 year old son. We arrived few minutes earlier and the hairdresser told us he was “slightly delayed” with other clients and was not able to say how long we should be waiting. We went for a little walk and came back. We ended up leaving after one full hour of waiting.

She didn’t speak much English but still did a great job with my haircut. I made a Revolut account so please reply with your tag so I can pay the remaining €3

Super friendly vibe, great service, and this time no appointment needed. I don’t speak Portuguese, but chatting in English was no problem at all. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and need a fresh cut!

Experiência fantástica: I got my hair cut with Célia while on Erasmus. She was very thorough, checking in with me and talking me through her thought process the whole time. I am really happy with the final product, in particular the shape and texture she gave my hair. I would definitely recommend her to all those with medium length curly or wavy hair, especially if you are looking for primarily scissorwork.

Experiência negativa: A stubborn young hairstylist who doesn’t want to listen to his customer. I went to this hairdresser based on its good ratings and reviews, but my experience with this place was very disappointing. There was only a young hairstylist during my visit (he said his lady boss was not working on that day). I told him that I would like to keep my side hair short, and also showed him that I have a scar at the back and that it has to be covered. He suggested a taper cut, and I said ok. But I noticed that the hairline he shaped was a bit too high, and I told him that I was worried about the edge line he made. Then, he said it is because I don’t understand what taper cut is, and tried to show me the picture of taper cut from his phone. But the higher he cut the hairlines, the level of my back hair is also higher, thus it will expose the scar at the back. I told him twice but he just said it is too late, and did not even bother to ask me or listen to me. The whole time he was busy chatting and asking personal questions, which I didn’t feel comfortable, and I ended up not talking and he became moody. I left there with a hairstyle I am not happy with, and my scar is clearly visible. You are gaining nothing from making your customer being “unknowledgeable” about the hairstyle you are creating, and my advice to you is “listen to customers and try to understand why they are unhappy”. There is no point of making customer feel stupid. I hope his boss will read this and provide some staff training.

Fatima patiently listened to me and worked with me on what I wanted. Didn't feel rushed, so I was put at ease. At the time of writing, my cut was €20, which included shampoo and styling. Would definitely go back again.

He is professional, friendly and talented too. Even though I lost the bet with him on how long he has been cutting hair. I actually wanna know what was the name of the powder wax that he used if possible could you reply me the name. I would suggest you to go here before going to party,weddings or interviews. Will make you shine like a star.

I have NEVER had a bad experience with there. Coming here feeling like a 7/10 and leaving feeling like a 10/10 is a massive confidence boost, and there’s nothing like feeling confident. I strongly advise anyone looking for a haircut to come here. I guarantee you it will end the myth of “you only like your haircut 2 days after”. You will like it instantly. 10/10

Experiência negativa: The barber is polite and the shop is very nice but I got the worst haircut ever. Plus it’s super expensive for what you get. I asked for a simple taper skin fade and after one hour of fading he took all my hair and gave me a pretty bad haircut. He didn’t listen to what I asked for and just gave me what he wanted which is bad. You gotta listen to your customers and if you can’t fade a certain type of hair just be upfront about it.
