Quello che mi ha davvero sconvolto è che nel 2025 non abbiano un pos per poter pagare. Io avevo solo 30 euro in contanti (perchè non mi aspettavo di pagare di più) ma avevo il telefono con la carta da usare. Il ragazzo mi ha detto che non accettano carte ne telefoni e mi ha portato fuori a ritirare dal ATM, cosa che avrei voluto evitare. Questo gesto per me è davvero terribile. E sono rimasto molto deluso.

Experiência fantástica: Wollte mir im Urlaub mal etwas gutes tun und habe mich deshalb für Figaro’s Barbershop entschieden. Der Rosemary Shop ist wunderschön gestaltet, sodass man sich direkt wohl fühlt. Ein netter Barbier, der selbst erst seit kurzem da ist und wohl aus Brasilien stammt, hat sich dann um mich gekümmert. Leider hab ich den Namen vergessen. Aber er hat wirklich tolle Arbeit geleistet. Etwa eine stunde konnte ich komplett abschalten und genießen. Den Laden verlassen habe ich dann mit einem perfekten German Classic Cut, gepflegten Bart und einem netten Gespräch mit dem Barbier. Die Preise sind mehr als fair. Bester und schönster Shop in dem ich bisher war. Sollte ich nochmal nach Lissabon fahren, komme ich definitiv wieder bei euch vorbei.

Means if what i said was not clear for sure image shows what i want . Please check on the picture diffrence even the fade she made has holes on it! Then made me pay full price and a sorry in the end wont bring me hair back ! Iam a front office agent in a five star hotel and now i look like a football player !!

Yani gidip ben saç kesimini şöyle şöyle istiyorum deme şansınız pek yok. Lizbon'da sırt çantanız ile gezerken James Dean gibi görünmek istemiyorsanız burayı es geçiniz veya sadece sakal traşı yaptırınız.

Experiência negativa: Péssimo serviço. O rapaz não fez nada do que lhe foi pedido! Estou a deixar crescer o cabelo já faz meio ano, e pedi ao rapaz para manter o mesmo estilo de corte, que fosse apenas mantido uma aparência mais “clean”. Ele fez totalmente o oposto, deixou o meu cabelo super curto do lados e em com pouco ( como lhe foi pedido ). O rapaz estava completamente perdido no que fazia, nao encontrava utensílios que precisava para o corte. Ele voltava repetidamente a cortar nas áreas onde já tinha cortado antes. Por fim ficou a “porcaria” que ficou. Fiquei visivelmente incomodado. Outro ponto foi o tempo de espera, o rapaz foi estupidamente lento. Entrei por volta das 11:30 e saí às 14. Foi difícil ver a minha namorada sentada à minha espera e ver a casa dela de que algo estava a correr mal mas já era tarde. Enfim… melhorem…. E muito!

Experiência fantástica: I was in the neighbourhood and was passing the shop (which looks great) by chance and went in to ask if I would need an appointment for a haircut. Surprisingly I was told that I could sit down and get a haircut straight away - which I gladly accepted! The barber did a phantastic and professional job and I got an excellent old school haircut (one of the best I've had so far!) for a very fair price. I'm happy that I discovered this great barbershop and I'll gladly return. Thank you!

Experiência negativa: In Europe I paid some years ago 10 Euros (beard) for cutting, shaving, and massaging (Turkish barber), here you are paying 28 Euros..that's a lot. Is it worth that money? Not for me, the hair length is not equal and also the shaving wasn't good as not all facial parts have the same smoothness. But there are several barbers, maybe I picked the wrong barber.

Johnny cut my hair and even though I speak no Portuguese and he spoke broken English we were able to make it work. He took his time and gave me a perfect fade and cut up top. Experiência negativa: Péssima experiência. Cheguei as 19:15h perguntei se ainda era possível fazer um corte de cabelo ou se faziam apenas por marcação de horário. O profissional que me atendeu ja estava com um cliente foi bem atencioso e muito simpático. Me explicou que faziam os dois métodos mas que ia verificar se ainda dava tempo. A princípio pensei: parece mesmo ser um lugar mto bom. Para minha falta de sorte não foi o mesmo profissional que falei o que me fez o corte. Ja antes de sentar para cortar senti no clima de pressa pela linguagem corporal e enquanto um perguntava ao outro se daria tempo ou não de atender mais um cliente. Confirmado que sim daria tempo de cortar e la fiquei a espera por 5 min. Quando fomos ao ato de cortar o cabelo. Expliquei exatamente o que queria com detalhes, durante o corte por duas vezes parecia querer despachar logo o serviço não tendo em conta o resultado final que foi o comunicado. Enfim, tive que ir explicando durante o processo o que faltava pra chegar no resultado que queria, e claro que quando há pressa o serviço pode deixar falhas, caso que ocorreu comigo. Durante o corte não se falou sobre um assunto sequer, zero. Ao meu lado outro cliente contando toda sua vida ao outro profissional cortando e eu podia ouvir toda a conversa em inglês o que foi ainda mais frustrante, me pareceu bem atencioso também o outro profissional ao lado que nem foi o mesmo em que tinha tido o primeiro contato comigo. Tenho muita experiência com atendimentos por que também trabalho diretamente com cliente e entenderia se não fosse possível fazer o corte pelo horário e pra ser sincero preferia que não o fizesse se fosse as pressas. O corte levou exatamente 19 min. Quando terminou o meu corte os dois profissionais que estavam atendendo antes de eu chegar ainda estavam com vossos clientes e focados num bom resultado. Resumindo: o lugar é muito bem localizado e dentro parece ser um lugar top mas por falta de sorte peguei um profissional com falta de empatia e que fez um péssimo trabalho. Logo quando sai fiz umas fotos no estilo selfie para ver o resultado e tirem suas conclusões… 28€ achei caríssimo pelo resultado final e pela experiência que tive ali. Ja tive em lugares pagando menos da metade dentro de shopping com uma experiência mil vezes melhor.

Experiência negativa: Agendei por telefone corte de cabelo para o meu filho de 15 anos. Quando chegamos lá hoje no horario correto, O Barbeiro disse que não iria cortar o cabelo do meu filho, pq lá só faz corte classico. Disse isso antes do meu filho explicar como queria o cabelo dele! Quando olhei ao redor, os outros barbeiros estavam atendendo homens com cortes comuns, não vi nenhum com cabelo anos 50 e topete de Elvis. Eu sei que essa barbearia tem o nicho de corte clássico, mas era só cortar o cabelo do meu filho sem finalizar com o topete, como os outros clientes estavam sendo atendidos. Até pq um amigo meu que me indicou e ele não usa topete! Isso ficou claro como uma atitude de Xenofobia pq somos brasileiros com descendência japonesa! E ainda disse para eu levar o meu filho numa cabeleireira! O meu filho tem cabelo liso e eu so deixei o cabelo crescer um pouco ( tipo o tamanho do cabelo do keanu Reeves!),para poder consertar o corte. O Barbeiro falou de um jeito como se o meu filho tivesse o cabelo na cintura e só uma cabeleireira conseguiria fazer o corte! Muita má vontade, Xenofobia e falta de profissionalismo! Ainda mais contra um adolescente de 15 anos! Uma vergonha!

Experiência fantástica: Wer hier einen „undercut“ haben möchte ist definitiv falsch! Die Jungs schneiden die Haare und Bärte nach alter Tradition! Ich habe mich überraschen lassen und mir fehlten danach einfach die Worte! So eine wahnsinnig gute, saubere und perfekte Arbeit habe ich noch nie so erlebt! Selbst in dem Laden zu verweilen ist ein Erlebnis und man spürt die Motivation, Hingabe und durchaus positive Einstellung der Barbiere! Ich kann es nur ausdrücklich empfehlen sich hier die Haare schneiden zu lassen! Ich bin heute schon zum zweiten Mal in meinem Aufenthalt hier um sie mir nochmal stylen zu lassen und nette Gespräche zu führen! Sollte ich wieder nach Lissabon kommen weis ich wo ich definitiv mich als erstes blicken lassen! Macht weiter so!

Experiência positiva: The interior design of the place that is layered over the colored floor tiles and high ceilings is excellent. The music during my haircut was also a good collection. You come here for a classic haircut and none of those lines, shapes, and weirds fades. CLASSIC. I would say that it the price to quality ratio is below par. Sure, the ambience and service are great but the haircut itself is nothing out of the ordinary. The experience as a whole was a plus! So, if the experience counts for a lot then come here. If you’re looking for a cheap quick cut… do not enter.

Experiência fantástica: Je suis extrêmement satisfait par la prestation de ce barbier. Je suis venu un samedi à 17h sans rendez-vous et ils ont pu me prendre en charge. Ils prennent leurs temps et ça se ressent au niveau du résultat. J'ai adoré les serviettes chaudes et glacées, les nombreuses huiles et crèmes qu'ils appliquent avec un petit massage en prime. Je reviendrais !

Experiência negativa: I hate having to leave bad reviews, but today was not a good experience... Before beginning with the actual cut, I discussed with the barber what I had in mind (simple stuff: reduce volume, shorten the top and trim the sides), he said no problem. He then proceeded to ignore everything we had discussed and just cut an entirely different haircut. I stopped him multiple times to tell him it's not turning out how I want it ("the sides are too long, please don't cut from the front anymore", etc.) and he continued to ignore my comments... It turned out horrible, and completely not what I wanted. I could tell he knew he had messed up as he began cutting very slowly and stop multiple times to think on how to proceed. My entire haircut lasted well over an hour (I have short hair, this should have been a 20-30 minute thing max.). When I told him at the end to just let it be as it's not what I wanted, he had the audacity to tell me that this is the haircut they do here ( "we do the square format") and maybe I'm accustomed to a different style. Long story short: wasted over an hour and will have to go to a different barber to get this fixed. 2 stars as I have gone to Figaro's in the past and it was always great. today was just really a bad experience unfortunately.

Experiência negativa: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! Not a good experience!! I came in and explained very clearly that I had not had a hair cut in a month and a half, much longer than I usually go. I showed the guy a picture of myself from 3 different angles exactly how I usually get my cut and told him exactly the clipper sizes, where to blend and how much to take off top. He proceeded to do something completely different and barely cut anything off. I told him I wanted a bit more off the sides and the top. He told me that’s not what I told him in the beginning and was starting to get frustrated. It wasn’t a language barrier because he spoke good English and my instructions and pictures couldn’t have been more clear. Young guy, 20 years old, seemed nice but no experience cutting hair in my opinion. Had to basically ask my girlfriend to cut my hair at home herself after this whole experience. Very disappointed and really frustrated with the haircut I got and the whole experience. For 30 euros I expect a decent haircut or even a good one, not some rookie kid that’s just starting cutting hair. Don’t waste your time with this place!!!!

There’s comfortable seats to wait and just take it all in. We went without a booking and they squeezed us in. You could always book online to ensure you get an appointment. They have a couple so make sure to visit the one on R. do Alecrim. Our son really enjoyed the experience and they kindly gave him a souvenir t-shirt.

Experiência fantástica: We have been to many good and great barbershops around the US and even a few other countries, but this barbershop tops then all. First, the shop is impeccably decorated and maintained. The high ceilings help make it look even more impressive and also help with the air flow and temperature, which feels just perfect inside. Now, the haircuts. Leonardo was free when we arrived so he got to work immediately. We showed him a couple of pictures from their own Instagram page and he immediately knew what we wanted. He delivered excellent fades for both of us and also a great haircuts on top using his shears. He took his time with each of us, making sure we were happy with the end result before getting up. We had an incredible experience and would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get an amazing haircut in Lisbon. Beware that they do not accept foreign credit cards so bring cash with you.

I went to their first barber shop (at Rua da Madalena) in 2020 on the recommendation of my barber in Slovakia and in 2022 I tried this second barber shop. Both have great vibes. The staff is very friendly and open. They can give advice and about my chin and hairstyle. I was ordered for a "combo", I wanted to adjust the chin, we finally agreed to shorten it, which barber evaluated as paying only for the hairstyle, because he did not have much work with the chin. He is a man at the right place

Experiência negativa: I have been several times before, but the last visit disappointed me. Recorded online, order number 396229. As a result, I arrived on time, and all the masters are busy, there is no one at the reception in the hall, and naturally no one came up and did not warn in advance. After 30 minutes of waiting, I had to leave in order not to waste my time anymore.

Experiência positiva: Seen all these amazing reviews on this shop.. booked 2 days in advance because they were so booked. Had a beard trim and hot shave… had to coach the barber into shaping my beard, had no head support for the trim which seems shallow but it’s absolutely necessary when doing a goo trim. Wanted him to take the charge and shape something around what I suggested and he only tooks a little bit off . Shave was relaxing, and good product’s used. Could have done the same job at home for the trim, which is kind of disappointing at a €28 in Portugal.

Experiência positiva: These guys are clearly very passionate and I'm sure they're good at what they do, but you should know that what they do is very specific. If you don't want one of the exact haircuts you see on their website (which does not include a standard fade) then really it's best to go elsewhere. I deducted one star for being inflexible, and another for starting 20 minutes later than my scheduled appointment time despite the fact that the hairdresser obviously wasn't busy.

Unfortunately the cut was not up to the mark . 1h45 min for a poor cut quality and shave - obviously the nice guy who cut my hair was still in the learning process and I felt like telling him not to stress ! at this price we expect trained professionals .

Por supuesto, todo esto se paga bien pagado... 45 € corte y afeitado con toda la parafernalia: masajes, lociones, toallas calientes.... otra vez masajes... otras toallas,....pero el resultado merece la pena.

Experiência positiva: Pretty cool concept and nice guys in a super cool shop. But be aware that they are only doing a “classic haircut” and what that is is more or less up to their interpretation. A undercut eg comes from the 1920s but is according to them not a classic haircut. So you actually have very limited choices when it comes to your own haircut. If you’re fine by that it’s a great place to get your hair done for 25€.

Experiência negativa: My worst hairdressing experience in the last 10 years. The cut was terrible. When I asked for some more to be taken off the side I was told: 'We don't do that here. We only do classic cuts. If we take more off it will damage the flow of the hair'. If someone can translate that BS for me I would appreciate it. Then when I tried to explain more about how I style my hair I was told very bluntly: 'I will not texture your hair. We only do classic style here' I paid $25 for that disaster and had to find another hairdresser in another part of town. They were fully booked up but took pity on me: 'That's a total mess' was their professional assessment of my fresh Figaro cut. I will never go back to Figaro and I will advise others to avoid at all costs.

Experiência negativa: Péssimo atendimento! Por norma o meu marido é cliente do Figaro's Downtown, desta vez decidimos ir experimentar o Figaro's Rosemary. Quando finalmente o meu marido se sentou na cadeira entra um homem claramente sob o efeito de estupefacientes a falar alto, abre uma torneira ao balcão, lava a cara e o cabelo mexe nuns quantos produtos que estavam em cima do balcão e sai. Nenhum dos empregados lhe dirige a palavra quando claramente aquela pessoa era estranha ao serviço. Quando o meu marido pergunta o que se passou ao barbeiro, este responde em inglês que não fala português com um sotaque claramente português. O que o barbeiro se esqueceu é que 20 minutos antes o meu marido tinha-lhe perguntado (em português) se tinha tempo de ir fumar um cigarro e o senhor percebeu perfeitamente e respondeu em português. Viemos-nos embora de imediato e não tencionamos voltar. Acho inadmissível um estabelecimento que cobra tanto por um corte de cabelo ter este tipo de atendimento.

I suggest a visit to the toilet which has a big surprise. The place is as unique as the staff. Very attentive to the customer, who is really the king.

Experiência positiva: Really cool barbershop with highly skilled personnel. They mostly do walk-ins, and appointments cost extra. They really take their time for you, which also means that waiting times can get pretty substantial. For some reason I didn't get a towel shave with my 'full service', but no use crying over spilled milk.
