Negative experience: I have been coming to this place for quite sometime now most barbers are really nice. I called for an appointment and Papo scheduled me for 9.30 am the following day, I came at 9.30 and place was still closed waited to 10.00 when the place opened, at 10.00 all barbers took customers while I waited for the one I was scheduled for. Papo came in at 10.05 and took another customer before me, I said I was waiting since 9.30 just as he scheduled me a day before. He said that he forgot and that I should have used the app to schedule rather then to call him, which don’t sound right, when he was the one that scheduled me, anyways he still took another customer before me no apologies whatsoever, all he said was that I could stay if I wanted too. I guess you can call that, bad customer service

Fantastic experience: Drive 45 mins to get a haircut. Best barber/salon in south Florida. Have been every where imaginable. Everyone is trained. Way better than the spot or any competitors.

Negative experience: I had booked a 2 p.m. appointment with Osman, only to receive an email informing me that it had been rescheduled to 1:15 p.m. Later, I received another email rescheduling it to 12:45 p.m. To make matters worse, Osman personally reached out to me, requesting that I arrive as soon as possible and leave the chair promptly. This is unacceptable customer service, as it involves rushing someone to an appointment and promising them a quick haircut. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.

Fantastic experience: Greetings All! My son has been going to this location for about 5 months. He loves it here. There are games in the front for entertainment while waiting. There is always a barber available to cut hair if you do not have an appointment. Everyone is very friendly. My son gets his hair cut by Zoran, also known as Zo. Zo is amazing! He is very patient and kind. He is also thorough, making sure parents approve of the cut prior to child leaving. Book your next appointment here!
