Negative experience: I ordered two gels from these people, back in December 2025 and have yet to receive my products and we are now March 3rd 2026!!! What's more insulting is I have sent numerous emails with my product number, asking to have someone get back to me with absolutely no response from them at all!? Gladly took my money though!! HORRIBLE (NON EXISTENT) CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Her level of comfort with my haircut, and subsequent conversation makes me realize all I’ve been missing for over 40 years. For the first time in my life, I decided to grow my hair out so that I could donate it to a good cause. I knew I needed to try to find the best stylist that understood long to short conversions and man did I make a good decision. Jess did an incredible job, and made the entire experience something I’ll never forget. Jess isn’t just a great stylist. Jess is a marine veteran, a small business owner, and is actively running for state Senate. That’s right.. running for a political position in her state …while cutting my hair. You sit down for 10 minutes with Jess and you’ll understand, this is an exception human with exceptional talent. I found the last stylist I’ll ever need. This barber lounge feels like a safe place for anybody who needs an incredible cut, or something a bit more transformational that I had. We did a good thing today for those Wigs for Kids. Fantastic experience: My barber unexpectly retired and I had to find a replacment. Based on other reviews I nervously gave Mr. Pompadours a try. The entire staff was very inviting and made be feel as if I had been going there my whole life. My stylist Jess took time to explain why my hair grows the way it does and the best ways to cut it to give the desired results. The end result was by far the best hair cut and beard shaping I have ever had, these folks are top notch. My spend was on the high side but I have long hair and longer beard with no maintence in over 3 months and I signed up for some of the premium items so Jess earned every penny.

These guys listen and they help. And they got jokes. They are artists without the ego. Not to be overlooked is Matt at the front end too. He is fantastic with every person who comes in.
