Negative experience: They are very rude, the barber Brian after 30 minutes waiting for hair cut , he went to eat with his family member . And I wait for 10 minutes after all I decided leave the barber shop without hair cutting.

I’ll say all the barbers take pride in what they do as I’m getting my haircut I’m always impressed by what I see but my boy Leodary is the only one I let cut my hair. Leodary knows how I like my hair there’s been times I’m not sure what length i want my hair I just tell him cut it however it’d look best and he kills it.

Negative experience: First off, Leodaris is the one who cut my son’s hair. Guess what? it's worse than before the cut. The back isn’t even; it literally looks like several little tails. My son told him it didn’t even look like his hair was cut, and he told my son he had never cut hair like that before. Oh really? Then why did you cut his hair in the first place if you don’t know how to cut it? Second, you charged my son $45 and told him he had to pay in cash. Really? Are you trying to scam a kid? My son is kind enough and since he’s never dealt with something like this, he still paid you! But I will make sure to leave a review all over the internet about this! Updating my review in response to the owner’s reply: Does it even matter, since he works at your shop? Your responses make it clear you refuse to take any responsibility. With the attitude you’re showing, it’s obvious why your employees follow the same behavior. You need to learn how to treat customers with basic professionalism before speaking to me again.

From his salutation I knew I wanted him to be my barber. From the moment I sat down until I got up, it was indeed an exceptional experience. He was so good that I dozed off and that has never happened! His attentiveness, his professionalism, and his work are top tier. I highly recommend this shop and Iggy as your barber. Fantastic experience: Went in for a cut at this Dominican barbershop and Juan José took care of me like I was about to walk the red carpet. The man is thorough. He checked in a few times mid-cut just to make sure I was good with everything. You can tell he actually cares that you leave looking your best. The haircut came out sharp, the shave and facial care were a nice surprise, and the whole thing felt more like a spa day than a regular barbershop visit. Plus, Juan José is polite, friendly, and just easy to vibe with. If I lived in Raleigh, this would definitely be my go-to spot. Honestly, I’d probably get a haircut more often than I need to just for the experience.

Negative experience: They talk bad about you in Spanish if they think you don't understand. I did not have an appointment so I walked as it says they take walk-ins in their door. I then sat down and he started to cut my hair and then the barber was being rough with me. He made a big deal in spanish with the others because I didn't make an appointment and it started to get busy. That's not my fault. It was my first and it will be my last time going there for a haircut. And just because I am black it doesn't mean I don't speak spanish too. As a dominican barber shop, you should know that.

My barber, Jahaziel, is a young man, but don’t let his age fool you—he wields his tools like a master. He cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. When I got home, my wife was stunned at how good I looked. I didn’t just get a haircut, I got a whole experience. This is the place to go!

I heard the other costumers talking about how he looks way off. Today I saw him tell a kid to get off his chair after BARELY touching his hair, the kid didn’t want to get up but was forced to. Bad looks having such an irresponsible guy as the first barber in the lobby.

I appreciate him seeing him last minute my son loved his cut and we will never ever go to no sports clipz ever again! We were looking for a authentic barber shop who can keep his hair line tight just as good as his previous New York barber and this man did NOT disappoint I appreciate you guys making my son feel comfortable as he suffers with sensory issues! Negative experience: I got what’s probably the worst haircut of my life from this place. I get a guy who cannot understand me and has no vision at all. I asked for a simple taper fade and he struggled with that. I had to ask him to clear some parts up 3 times and at the end, I had to give up because it was just getting worse. There’s a lot of barbers here but it’s definitely hit or miss. Definitely not worth $40.

He exceeded my expectations and kept checking with me if he needed to take more off, etc. (Making sure mom and son were both happy) Gabriel was Very well mannered and polite!
