Cutting a toddler’s hair isn’t easy, but Ryan was incredibly patient, kind, and made the whole experience so comfortable for him. Ace, the owner, went above and beyond by putting Paw Patrol on the main TV to help keep my son calm and distracted, which made such a difference. It really shows how much they care about their clients, especially little ones. Everyone was so welcoming, took their time, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

No guesswork, no “close enough”… just dialed in. On top of that, he and the whole staff were super friendly and got me in last minute, which I really appreciated. Negative experience: Never got my haircut because of their awful service. Gave them a call to see if they accepted walk-ins and they said yes but recommended booking online. I was going to but they requested to hold my cc indefinitely so I preferred the walk-in. They said they had a free spot at 1130am so I showed up at 11:10 (10/ 15 minutes after calling) and I said I was the one who called about the walk-in. The guy looked at me and said “oh yeah, it will be about an hour wait.” I told him ok, that I would wait outside on their bench. As I’m sitting waiting another guy walks in, comes back outside on his phone and says sweet I got an appointment 15 minutes (the 11:30 slot I had walked in for). Don’t waste your time here.
