Fantastic experience: Went to get a cut last week and Josh was great. He gave me a great fade and answered all my questions. Would strongly recommend him and would go back again

Fantastic experience: I tried booking an 8:00 appointment online, but for some reason it didn’t go through. Even though I wasn’t officially on his schedule, Josh still took me in without hesitation. That alone says a lot about his professionalism and customer service. On top of that, he gave me a super clean mid bald fade exactly how I wanted it. His attention to detail was on point and the cut came out sharp. I highly recommend booking your next appointment with him.

Negative experience: I bet these guys are good, but charging a full haircut that is already overpriced on a missed reservation made hours before on a non busy day is stupid, and makes it so I will not be going in for future haircuts

Negative experience: This is got to be the most ridiculous barbershop ever I haven’t even gotten an appointment there yet because first off they don’t have a military discount which every barbershop should have. Second of all they require you to put your card to make an appointment. I walked in to make an appointment for the next day and they told me off saying they only make online appointments. This is extremely frustrating.

Negative experience: I asked to just leave the bangs below my eyes, a trim to my mullet/shag to keep it as a wolf cut, they chopped it and reset my bangs at the center, avoid at all costs. Taylor is chill tho go to him if you have to go here.

Negative experience: Had a 1:30 appointment with Louie that I had booked online and confirmed via text that morning, showed up at 1 just in case there was a chance to start a little early. I was greeted as I walked in and confirmed with a member of staff that I was there for a 1:30 appointment. 40 minutes passed, all of the barbers present started in with new clients. I stood up, contemplating writing my appointment info on the check in board and one of the barbers asked me about my appointment and who I was here to see. I confirmed 1:30 with Louie and I was then informed that Louie was not in today. So I left, the barber I was speaking to poked his head out the door while I was waiting at the crosswalk and mentioned that he had just called Louie and that a family emergency had come up so he was unavailable today, then he mentioned that if I wanted to wait another 30 minutes someone else could fit me in. Frustrated with the lack of communication and not wanting to commit more time to the already frustrating situation I declined the offer. The Buckhorn barber shop on Broadway was able to fit me in on short notice about an hour later and I got a fantastic haircut for the same cost that I would’ve paid at Acme. I never received a email from Louie about the need to cancel.

Fantastic experience: Came in looking for a traditional cleanup and trim and left looking fresh. Left it up to the stylist and he knew his stuff. Definitely coming back again.
