I then received a call asking to move it to 4:00 PM, but I explained that I was unavailable at that time and needed to keep the 3:30 PM appointment. I was told to come in and that a barber would be available. However, when I arrived at 3:30 PM, no one was available. This should have been communicated upfront instead of having me drive there unnecessarily.”
