Fantastic experience: I took my sons there to get haircuts and he did a fantastic job!! While I was there I needed a haircut and was out of time to go to my regular place so I had Rawad cut my hair. I am a female so was a little nervous because it seems mostly cuts hair for males. WOW I was pleasantly shocked! He cut my hair better than every place I have been to in Houston and I have been to a lot! These are places that charge $150.00 minimum for a women’s hair cut and Rawad’s price was less than half of that! It doesn’t matter about the price though, I will keep using Rawad no matter what he charges. I am hooked!!

Negative experience: I’m writing this review as I filled out the ‘contact us’ form over a month ago on their website and have yet to heard back. I took my brother, who is a minor, to get a haircut. He had a photo of the type of cut he was looking for, and showed the barber prior to the service. The barber, Rawad, confidently said “I got you, don’t worry bro”. My brother explicitly explained that he did not want to loose a lot of length, and he was reassured that he wouldn’t. The barber took about 15 minutes or less to finish, and my brother paid. The barber cut entirely too much hair off of my brother, and all of the months that he had spent growing his hair was wasted. The cut was also nothing like the photo that was shown to Rawad. It is clear that the barber did not have the experience and or capability to provide the cut my bother wanted. In the alternative, the barber did not care and just cut his hair mindlessly. Regardless, it speaks volumes that no one from management has reached out to me in over a month after submitting the contact us form on their website. My brother doesn’t live in town, so he decided to not provide this feedback until later that day, which is why we did not ask to speak to management when we visited the shop.

Negative experience: Wasn't a great haircut, not bad either. You can find better options cheaper.

Negative experience: WORST barber shop in HOUSTON.!! I asked for a wolf cut, showed clear REALISTIC photo, and the barber confidently said he “knew exactly what to do.” Thirty seconds in and he already destroyed my hair. It looks NOTHING like what I asked for — completely unrecognizable. He fumbled around for a few minutes, made excuses, and then had the nerve to charge $40 for this disaster. Don’t waste your money or your hair here. Come here if you want anything a toddler could accomplish.

Negative experience: hello, well.. i was very excited for my haircut today, and i was hoping i’d have an awesome experience like everyone else in the reviews, so i booked my haircut for the morning. however, that wasn’t the case for me :/ my haircuts usually take longer than what it did this time, so i felt like it was somehow rushed. it didn’t come out like how i hoped to be very honest. when my barber (who’s name i won’t disclose) would talk to me, i could hardly hear him because he was playing calming music, calming but pretty loud. and with my neurodivergent sensitive sensory issues, it was hard to communicate clearly my haircut preferrences. i didn’t want to frustrate my barber.. however, i cannot tell if he was trying to make a joke out of my name, or if he was being serious when he me asked why my parents (if they’re from mexico) gave me my name; why not “alejandro”? —— don’t get me wrong, he’s a cool dude and quite friendly! i don’t doubt the good reviews about him. but like, what do i say to a personal question like that?? i’ve been bullied for my throughout my childhood.. so thereafter, i did not feel comfortable communicating my needs and retreated into agreeableness. i didn’t feel comfortable coming back for a fix or another service. i hope you understand, i don’t take any of this deeply personal. maybe there’s a misunderstanding. however, i think today would’ve been better somehow. please, i would like a refund. $40 is a lot to risk for disappointment. i mean this in all good faith. thank you for the service regardless.
