Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure of meeting Kim when I brought my son who has autism to get a hair cut...which in the past has been traumatising for him and me but Kim was amazing in every aspect , she told me all the things to do before hand to prepare him, asked about what he likes....when we got there she was calm but full of enthusiasm and fun, shes let him find his feet, engaged with him and before you know it he was sitting in the chair and she was cutting his hair, while playing with him and chatting to me....i dont know how she does it all but she did! My experience was nothing short of a miracle ✨️ I couldn't believe what I was seeing so I sat in silence looking on and Kim had it all under control....she gave my son a beautiful hair cut I could of only dreamed of before and he left so happy with himself even asking to go see her again....for anyone who has a child on the spectrum this is who you all need to bring your child too! Im so thankful ive found her and even more so my son took to her immediately which shows the charm she has.Thank you Kim for everything I will be back and we'll be sure to spread the word!!

She went above and beyond by staying after working hours to fit both me and my son Jamie in just before our holiday, and we really appreciated it. Kim is a true professional in every aspect of her work. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in the quality of every haircut. She pays attention to every detail and makes sure you leave feeling happy. She's also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. Just one tiny request from me as a man... maybe a little less conversation sometimes! Fantastic experience: I recently brought my son to Kim , he hates getting his hair cut , he feels so uncomfortable getting it done ,and he refuses to go back , I had told Kim before hand about him and how he hates the hairdryer, the noise ect,,, but with Kim , omg it was totally different, from the minute he sat in the chair she explained everything to him, she even let him feel the vibrations of the back of the razor on his face , she made him feel so at ease , she was chatting to him and joking, he was smiling on his way out to the car he said I want to go back to her trilled I was to hear that , safe to say we have found someone that my son feels relaxed and at ease with , he was a happy little man going home with his lollipop Kim gave him , Thanks again Kim , you definitely made my life a lot easier when it comes to my sons hair ,, ❤️looking forward to seeing you again ❤️❤️
