Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic experience at Old County Barbers Naas. Daragh cut my 4-year-old son’s hair, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He was calm, focused, and very professional throughout. He made my son feel comfortable and at ease, which made the whole experience enjoyable. The haircut itself was perfect—exactly what we wanted. My son was so proud and happy with his new style. It’s clear that Daragh takes great care in his work and pays attention to every detail. Highly recommend, especially for young kids!

I’m in with him every 2 weeks and he’s able to work his magic and save me a trip to turkey each time I’m in with him. He’s able to cut my hair to perfection all while keeping a full conversation going. I’ve never left Cathal unsatisfied. Top top class

Negative experience: My 1st time in this barbershop I don't know if I had a bad day or the shaved is in a bad I had hair and beard fulfilled , my hair at the top got irregular ends the barber didn't use a guide thread to cut the top he was simply fitting there the result of one side higher than the other Not to mention my beard totally misaligned and not clean did not cut the hair below the lower lips The beard around the neck is misaligned And as I made a skin fade I see some points much darker than the others in my humble opinion it should be more worked these darker points trying to make them as uniform as possible He only used a machine barber , he didn't clean the skin with a razor All this happened but before questioning me I showed many reference photos how I wanted my hair and beard If I'm satiated and visible that I'm no longer as a customer I paid for your service and time and didn't say anything I just guided when it came to aligning the beard And for me besides that everything finished the cut and was not able to show me how the back of the head was. If I go back to this space I can even go back to give it another chance but my opinion is registered More truth be fair the space is fantastic plus the professionalism today was left to be desired

Negative experience: Poor trainee didn't know enough and didn't or couldn't ask for the help beside him of a more experienced barber I was left thinking I got a proper cut but my double crown was only half done

Negative experience: I brought my son to get his hair cut, music and conversation was completely inappropriate. I would never go there again.

Fantastic experience: I would like to give a massive shout out to Craig in old county.. I met Craig last week and he noticed I had not been coming in as regular as I used to.. I explained to Craig unfortunately I have been extremely unwell and am undergoing treatment ❤️ Craig said next time I’m going in to the Naas store drop him a text which I did Craig booked myself in with daragh who gave me an unbelievable cut and I had a good catch up with the lads everyone of the lads in naas are A1 . I went to pay at the end and Craig had sorted it out for me and said whilst I’m sick he will be looking after me so no need to pay.. Lads I have to say I was actually extremely emotional that someone would do that for me.. I always loved old county and have been a loyal customer for years and this is why.. Craig knew I was a good customer but he did not have to look after me the way he did just proves this guy is not about money he cares about his customers .. Craig I’m blown away by you’re kindness and I will never forget this brother again THANK YOU

Negative experience: The lads are super sound here, but the standard really isn't as high as people make it out to be. I'm quite particular about my hair so I gave pretty specific instructions about what I wanted done and a lot of it wasn't taken on board. A week later, and my hair is actually messier than it was before I visited which is pretty frustrating as it cost me €23 (plus tip) for a dry cut, and now I feel like I need another - I remember feeling the same the last time I visited too (about 2 years ago). Lovely lads and good vibes, just not great haircuts.

Negative experience: Wish I could give 0 stars but don't have the option. I arrived late to my appointment (7 minutes late, 7.), just to be told that my appointment had been cancelled due to me being late. I did not receive any phone calls asking me if I will be attending my appointment or letting me know it will be cancelled. When I questioned them on why my appointment was cancelled they just blamed the owner multiple times. It is especially frustrating as I have waited on multiple occasions over 30 minutes past my appointment time for them to even begin my haircut and I never complained. So basically if your even 5 minutes late to your appointment expect them to cancel it with no warning, but if you show up on time expect to wait over 30 minutes to be attended to. May I add that the haircuts are very average.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking service. Waited an hour to be seen. 3 came in after me and were sorted before me. Nobody even acknowledged me in all that time. Got up and walked off. Got a haircut elsewhere in the town for 6 quid cheaper. Place is a joke. Never coming back

Negative experience: Waited 45 mins after my appointment time, 5 people came in and got seen to before me, had to go back to work so I just got up without making a scene and left and they gave me a did not show on fresha which affects me getting a booking in the future. Wouldnt have opened my mouth otherwise so here's your 1 star, Won't be back

Negative experience: The worst experience that I had so far, nobody is greeting you, the seat was dirty from the previous client, nothing was sterilised, the tools were shared between hairdressers the hair cut it was uneven, never cleaned my face from the hair and to top everything off they waited until I went to pay to tell me that the card machine it was out of order and I couldn’t pay on the web site as is advertised.

Ruined my child’s hair Didn’t mind paying higher price for a decent haircut Booked well in advance Explained want an experienced person Useless’ Turns out he was a Saturday lad in college Took 45 mins and I’d have cut it better!!! Waiting 3 weeks now to get it to grow back so I can return to a decent barber My child has beautiful hair and in all the barbers we’ve visited over years here and London never had an experience like it In covid mask times it was completely ignored (masks all around chins!) as I sat there anxious waiting it to finish Then no cash to change DJ left standing waiting I was not tipping (and I always do on service!) for that And no receipts as far as I can see

Negative experience: Horrible haircut, unprofessional, no Covid rules followed, I was getting a haircut by very unprofessional barber while 4 of the others were chatting away between each other together wit my pre booked ‘senior’ barber of course without face coverings or anything, would not recommend this business to anyone.. lots of room for improvement! Poor music choice and poor cleanliness! Sorry lads but way too much room to improve

Fantastic experience: Was off on a gentle stroll through naas one Wednesday evening when suddenly I look in the window of this shop on the corner which I soon learned to be old county barbers in naas. What caught my eye about this magnificent establishment was the bright eyed and bushy tailed ginger man named joe who was jumping around the store to Russian donk at 9.30 am. And then I spotted the other barber named Dylan who was on the floor doing sit ups getting ready for a hard day to give skin fades to every lad in the land. There apparently is another barber called Collin but I’ve not met him , he was sick that day. Then I got the cleanest haircut of my life off Joseph, square, blurry and skint, just how I like it. 10/10 would recommend old county naas ever with the Tom foolery that takes place.

Fantastic experience: Was out for a stroll today in Naas and needed a haircut. Randomly went in here and was rewarded with a top quality hair cut, some great tunes playing and a good laugh talking with the two lads working there. Only caught one of their names, Shane (I think), who did my hair but great bit of banter from both of them and two talented lads. Great that they don’t just cut your hair like robots, they have character and personality that makes it a good laugh to sit there too. Thanks lads and thanks Shane for the great cut!
