Negative experience: Got a slack job on my haircut some time ago (the sides were not lined up, separate different length hair sticked out etc etc). The hustle-bustle guy with mideastern name robbed me on the around 20e +haircut harm. Negligent, careless or unprofessional?

Negative experience: It would be great if customers were listened to by some staff here. When some one asks for a 4 or 5 and to tidy up and existing style, dont do a 2 fade and totally change the style. I wont be going back. Thanks

Negative experience: I usually go to this barber no problem, but when this new lady called me up it was a diffrent story I asked for a high skin fade and a little off the top, she then started to make the fade really high I didn't notice until she was half done with the fade she then started to cut almost all my hair off the top, I am left with 3cm on the top I didn't notice because I still had my long fringe, I asked her to cut a little bit off, three seconds later she cut half of it off, I am very pissed on how I look as it looks like skin to hair and no fade. After the cut she told me that she did a super high fade and made my fringe look (natural).

Negative experience: today i went into naas to get a haircut for going back to school tomorrow i went in and waited as i was my turn to get my haircut i seen a new lady in today and i sat on the seat as she called who’s next i told her what i wanted and she repeated the same words that i said i wanted for my haircut when she was cutting my hair i noticed she started doing her own thing with my hair and it took her about 15 minutes to do the back and sides and as i told her i wanted a little bit off the top she decided to not listen and do her own thing she started chopping different lengths of my hair off really fast and wasn’t going slow with she then asked if i’m okay and i said yes and she thought it was done so i reminded her that i wanted a little bit of my fringe cut off she then again started doing her own thing with my hair and cut random parts and different lengths of my fringe off i wanted it just above my eyebrow but she left it half way on my for-head she also didn’t line up the sides of my hair i’m making this complaint because i am embarrassed and not happy with what i got today and i would like her to be fired because she doesn’t do what she’s told to the customers
