Fantastic experience: Met Colm today, He was brilliant with my two and a half year old! I honestly thought after we arrived that my little boy just wasn’t going to play ball but Colm gave him a bit of space to get settled, explained what he was doing and worked quickly. Colm also watched to see how he reacted and used alternatives when the noise of dryer and clippers weren’t being well received! He also gave me an hand bringing bag back to the car when I had my hands full getting toddler into the car. Excellent experience!

Negative experience: Always get turned away for not booking, even if the shop is empty! Honestly can't make sense of it. If there was people there I would understand.

Negative experience: Shop empty 2.30 in the day ,Barber refused to cut my 10year old sons hair said he was going on lunch break ,what a way to run a business ,we won’t be in there again

Negative experience: Booked for an appointment, but was late 8min as I had to urgently take my dog to the vet and was turned away for 8 min being late. Always was happy with this place cuts are amazing and all but this is ridiculous. Coming from Sallins only for cut here every time for the last 2 years. But no more. You just lost a long customer for 8 min. Totally understand being busy, but 8 min will not damage anything. Last time I was waiting 30 min because someone was taken in front of me. Did I complain? Nope, I sit and waited, the same as someone else would if they would wait 8 min longer for their appointment. Understanding customers is a good thing sometimes guys.

Fantastic experience: Happened to be stopping over in kildare yesterday, from Kilkenny so usually get the chop there but figured may as well mix it up..popped in and got the trim off David, was not disappointed..mans given me the freshest cut of my life..Will 100% be making the voyage across from Kilkenny from now on..can't recommend highly enough
