Negative experience: Staff seem nice… but the haircut was nothing like I asked, super choppy way way to short even though I said it 5 times and showed him both photos and videos… have no idea what happened came in with 10 inches of hair came out looking like a poorly cut sheep, went straight away to a Different barber for a fix up. Still paid but damn I nearly started crying. They need to learn how to cut hair or refuse things they don’t know came in for a low taper came out with a poor ronaldo haircut, can’t recommend…

Negative experience: If hell has a barber, he’s moonlighting at Elegant Cutz in Kilkenny. I walked in with hope, walked out looking like the back end of a donkey I asked for a tidy trim. What I got looked like someone cut my hair blindfolded with a chainsaw,the “fade” they gave me doesn’t fade—it jumps, like falling off a cliff. The treatment?Imagine being in a dentist’s waiting room, but instead of fixing teeth they just smash them in with a brick. That’s the vibe. My hairline now looks like the border of Northern Ireland: confusing, uneven, and likely to start a fight. I paid, because I’m an eejit, but only because I didn’t fancy being held hostage with the clippers again. Elegant Cutz? More like Elegant Butchery.

Negative experience: Had the worst haircut ever. In fact, it was so bad it not only made me look like a drug addict, it made me take all bunch of pain killers in order to endure the torture. Free shaq.
