Positive experience: While the below review still stands, I have to highly commend Ben (5 stars!) for getting in touch personally with a heartfelt apology and suggested amends. I appreciate my experience was poor, and it was the guys last shift as he was leaving (nought to do with me!). Great for business Ben, and I will definitely go back to you when back in KK. Thanks and well done Ben. Top man! Not good. 3pm friday, Jack's last appt (no wonder). Luckily I told him not to touch the top. Rushed job, 7mins, tidy up around neck and ears. Left me with a VERY high hairline. No chat, €20, wouldn't recommend AT ALL

Fantastic experience: I've been a customer since day one and the service here is truly amazing! This will be my new regular spot for sure. I book in online and never have to queue, previous barbers I used to go to I could be waiting for an hour just to get onto the chair alone. Another reason I recommend cut barbers is they listen to exactly what the customer wants which is weirdly hard to come by after trying multiple places in the past and leaving with a different haircut to what I asked for was extremely frustrating.
