Negative experience: My son got his hair cut here and left in tears. The guy spent less then 5 minutes on it and didn't blend it in at all. Had to go to blessington barbers to get it fixed as my son refused to go back in. Would not go back.

Negative experience: I hate to give a negative review as I have had positive experiences here before. But I asked for a medium mohawk mullet and showed accompanied pictures. I had grown my hair out proper over 18 months, really the first time in my 30 years plus, with a few touch ups at the barbers to keep it looking neat. Never had the patience for it. A lot of time and I loved having long hair. But the haircut I got was not much that I hoped for. Basically the length at the back was snipped when I said to keep the length. A dozen hours later and I am still quite upset. I probably will be for awhile.

Fantastic experience: Great service. Walked in without booking to get a hair cut for my 11 years old son. The guys that work here seem to know very well what they are doing. My son explained what style he would like and the barber followed the instructions. He asked questions on the way to make sure my son is happy with the length and fringe. We were done in 7 min. My sons skin is very sensitive and the barber did a great job cleaning skin after the hair cut was done. The child was very pleased! Thank you! 13 euro

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience. Usually I don't get to have much time to myself in the barbers (I've a toddler in toe) but this was a rare time I was on my own. I got the works, head, beard, eyebrows, and all the bits that's needed when you're nearly 40. Very friendly staff, welcoming, great chat, and a nice tidy cut. I feel very fresh after the service. Certainly worth it. I'll definitely be back!

Negative experience: Went into Barbers Tuesday 10th June with my son, explained my son needed a haircut for his confirmation. 2 barbers in the shop, one adult male and one boy who looked no more than 16, young barber put my son in the chair, towel around shoulders and I expected the older barber to cut his hair but the younger barber turned on the clippers and started, my mistake was not walking out straight away, he ended up with the worst haircut, uneven/ chunks cut from the top, striped lines etc! Not wanting to stress my son we left, went home washed it and dried it and if possible it looked even worse! My son was so upset he wouldn’t return to the barbers but luckily we got sorted by another barbers in Blessington, he had to have his hair cut v short to correct the large chunks cut from the top and uneven cut! The older Barber sat behind his desk watching tik tok videos obnoxiously loud and paid zero attention to what was happening by the younger barber who was definitely still a novice! I have been to Istanbul barbers with my son on multiple occasions with a different barber and never had an issue! That is why I trusted them with my sons confirmation hair cut! It is unacceptable to allow someone practice on paying customers! I will never darken the doors of Istanbul barbers again and I will warn anyone willing to listen! Drove past today disappointed to see the novice barber still practicing “haircuts” unsupervised on customers! I never write negative reviews but I couldn’t not warn other unsuspecting customers! It’s a pity I can’t add photos to support!

Negative experience: Won’t be doing that again. Got butchered. The person that made a complete mess of both my beard and hair shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near anything sharp. Edit. The owner met me in the street and apologised for what had been done. It was a person on their first day. I wasn’t informed about this before I sat down. The owner mentioned that this person seems to spend a lot of time texting on their phone. I was offered another haircut and beard trim. I declined.
