Fantastic experience: My little brother doesn’t like haircuts due to his autism. Gabriel cut his hair today and he made my brother feel very relaxed and he actually enjoyed his time and said he would like to see Gabriel again for his next cut.

Negative experience: Had an appointment,arrived on time only to be met by an older man on reception stuffing his face with crisps..he was very ignorant and rude..would not recommend to any one..the smell of crisps was very off putting.when I inquired about my appointment,I was rudely gestured to take a seat that was positioned outside the salon in the shopping centre..very bad experience..would stay away unless you would like your day ruined…

Fantastic experience: We went for haircuts with the boys and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly patient and kind, especially with our youngest, who’s only 5 years old. They made him feel comfortable and relaxed, which isn’t always easy. Great atmosphere and excellent service — highly recommended for families!

Negative experience: I used to cut with Paulina and then Ian and they were perfect. They left so I went with another guy who did not understand how I want my haircut and did his own shit despite that he showed me he understood. When I asked him why he did that cut he yelled and said "Are you a barber? I am the barber". I also used to pay 25 euros and then 28 after prices increased a couple of months ago but this guy charged me 35 euros and when I asked why the whole staff gathered and yelled at me saying that this is how it will be from now on and that the previous people were giving me a discount ‍♂️ Never going there again.

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience, they just need to finish the hair cutting in 2 mins and charge 26 euros. Never go to this barber. Worst experience, I fixed an appointment and reached there on time and they kept me waiting for long time. I have an hair cutting, I told them not to make it short, the guy over there took the trimmer and made it too short and finished his work in 2 mins and charged 26 euros. Not worth for money.

Fantastic experience: Best toddler haircut experience in Dublin. I was so scared after what happened at the last (another place) for my son’s haircut but now I am so relieved with this experience. The gentleman first had a brief talk with my son, gave him a piggy toy and interacted with him (made the whole difference as he was anxious, normally doesn’t let me come near his hair with scissors, he never liked the idea of his hair being cut) then he also said my son was doing so well (which encouraged him to go on staying still) and then at the end offered him a lollipop. I will keep coming here for his haircut. Thank you so much for being very patient and kid friendly. And haircut is also amazing and it was affordable too. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Gerry (maybe Jerry) today, he is a wonderful chap with a great sense of humor and personality. I got a zero fade, which is my favorite gentleman's hairstyle. We told stories and had some laughter, we shared some of our funny life experiences and shared some great laughs. I am from Canada, but when back in the Dublin area, I will be sure to be back at DK Barbers, City West. Thanks again. Cheers !!

Negative experience: Awful haircut there is lumps stricking out the side of me head, hair is worse now than it was before I got it cut and worst part they charged me €32

Negative experience: Hands down the worst haircut I’ve ever received. There was no attempt at blending the sides into the top — just a harsh, uneven line like the edge of a cliff. One side is shaved noticeably higher than the other, making the whole thing look completely lopsided. To top it off, my sideburns were left untouched, so my beard now creeps over my ears. It looks ridiculous. To DK Barbers: If you're going to charge premium prices for a skin fade, the least you could do is ensure your barbers know how to actually do one. The shop felt more like a kids’ playroom than a professional barbershop. If you’re over the age of 10 and want a proper haircut, avoid this place. You’ll leave looking worse than when you walked in.

Fantastic experience: After moving abroad and trying many different barbers in my area, Dave truly is the best that I’ve come across when it comes to giving an executive style cut. He’s the sort of barber who will actually listen to what you say and make it happen. A true master of his craft. I was able to show him a reference picture from a haircut I had back in the States and he copied it perfectly. Once I find a good barber I stick with them, and Dave is certainly a barber that I will be sticking with for a long long time.
