Negative experience: So left it a few days but started to get more and more comments, asked for a low taper fade with little off the front. Instead I had loads taken off the front and barely any off the sides. I now look like fryer tuck the monk, for a senior barber really not happy, 3 other gents in there who watched me get my hair cut and if my family can tell its bad they definitely could too. Made the mistake of coming back after a decent cut the first time but this was just no where near acceptable and I will not be returning, worst cut i've ever had, how the gent thought it looked okay was beyond me.

Negative experience: I had one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional experiences at this barber shop. The barber ( Luis Neto ) who is short and thin man , started cutting my hair, and everything seemed fine at first. However, halfway through the haircut, one of his friends walked in or booked has came for a service. To my shock, the barber stopped working on my hair and told me, “You’re done for now. I need to take care of him. If you want, you can come back later.” I was left sitting there with half a haircut, feeling completely disrespected and undervalued as a customer. It’s clear that they prioritize their friends over paying clients, which is unacceptable. A barber shop should be about professionalism and respect for everyone’s time, but this experience was the opposite. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they want to be treated like an afterthought.

Fantastic experience: I literally got a haircut today, an hour ago but the haircut and the guy was so nice, I had to leave a review, I got a haircut from the guy from Honduras (didn’t get his name) but he was so smooth with the razor, he gave me a haircut with no appointment, the haircut and beard shape up was £25 but honestly I would’ve payed ££40, I could not recommend higher as a first time coming in

Negative experience: I walked in for a hair cut got handed to a trainee 17 year old barber that didn’t even finish my hair and just asked me my method of payment without letting me say my opinion on my hair. I said how I didn’t like how it looked to the senior members and how the fade wasn’t even or even faded properly and he was aggressive about it and told me I was wrong basically just disrespectful. Definitely last time there.

Negative experience: Had the new person, who was a nice guy but didn’t cut it how I asked. Didn’t massively listen to what I requested and had to restate a couple of times what I wanted as he cut because it’s a wasn’t quite right. I’m sure this is not a reflection of Luis’ cuts it was just an individual experience.

Negative experience: Sign said £15 first hair cut, was charged £25. £25 for a hair cut where the boss had to guide the guy cutting my hair and then another guy took over (simple 0 mid fade) which I ended up with a 0.5 low fade which isn't right, nothing against the owner he was trying to point out where the other guys were messing up. I don't think £25 for a barber that can't proper do a fade is acceptable. First time and last time sadly. Not the worst hair cut I've had, but it's not what I asked for and the price

Negative experience: Walked in on the 02/01/22 for an overall trim (shave and scissors) and was very disappointed. Unfortunately, I was served by a very young gentleman who clearly does not have the full barbers experience. The cut on top was not thought out or carefully done. I've been left with a haircut that will probably have to be rectified soon. I appreciate everyone must learn but, there should be an experienced hand to help guide.

Negative experience: Sadly I will not be returning to this barbers any more, booked appointments over past couple of years and each time we're seen late. This last time was almost an hour late and very unacceptable not to be told this upon arrival (especially when have an appointment booked for child). The appointment was for my little boy and after half an hour we were finally called forward, he had coverall put on etc and was sitting in chair, I went through what we wanted done, to then be told there was someone else in front of him and they removed his coverall etc. My little boy was very unhappy and upset by this, we waited another 20-25mins (despite being told would only be 10-15mins longer) and then we decided to leave as my son was sooo upset and no longer wanted to have his hair done! I completely understand barbers/salons run late, but how long does it take to send a quick message or tell someone when they come in? I could have taken him for a walk and returned. Very disappointed as the guys are good at cutting hair, but sadly have let us down too many times.
