Fantastic experience: Today was my 5th visit to A&J Barbers and each time, I have had my haircut by a different barber. I have been very impressed by all of the barbers at how great they cut my hair! Negative experience: Disappointed, as there were so many great reviews. I moved to the area, so this is now my local. I had a picture of a previous haircut, as I always find it easier when going somewhere new. The barber was initially in a bad mood, which felt awkward. My fade and beard trim were rushed and completed quicker than another person who started at the same time for just a haircut. He cut most of my beard off and even nipped my throat with the razor, but didn't even say anything. I guess he thought I wouldn't notice. He kept asking for a review and said that even if I didn't like my haircut, I should come back either way. Disappointed, as I won't be going back. I went on the basis that it was a good price and good service, but the price was very average compared to most places. It wasnt a terrible hair cut the beard very uneven finding longer bits after. I hope this was a one off and thst I was just unfortunate.

Fantastic experience: I've had hair cuts all over the norwich but nobody cuts better than A&Js, they are polite, clean, friendly. Couldn't ask much more of a barbers. Also the fact they offer you a drink and tend to chat while cutting your hair makes you feel very comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I took my disabled son here, he's a wheelchair user so has to have his hair cut in his chair as not able to transfer. This was no problem in this spacious very clean and modern barbers. Most accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Friendly team and professional. Complimentary drink from fridge too! My son had a very smart haircut even though he kept moving his head around. Would deffinately recommend this barbers, prices are very reasonable. Parking directly outside, next to Tesco express and other local small shops too. We will return! Thank you

Fantastic experience: I was recommended these guys by a parent at the school. I was worried as my two little boys really struggle at a barbers as it becomes to over whelming or to loud. But I braved it. I went in and the men where straight away interacting with my lil ones making them smile. They were quick, kind, fun. My oldest at 5yo ended up swapping chairs as he wanted zig zag lines put in as he saw his brother had some and the barbers where soo kind and redid his hair. The boys where alos given a lolly and a drink each for being so good. They also where gifted a hair wax to help maintain their new cool looks. Can not recommend these guys enough ide give 6 stars if I could. Thank you to the amazing team. Officially have our go to barbers.

Fantastic experience: Im a female with short hair and prefer my hair cut by a barber. I walked in here to see if they’d cut my hair and they couldn’t have been nicer. There’s free drink refreshments while you wait which is a lovely touch. I explained what I would like and I have just had the best hair cut I’ve ever had. The attention to detail and amazing styling made me feel a million dollars. I will be going there every month from now on. I cannot recommend this barbers enough.

Fantastic experience: I popped in to A&J Barbers today for the first time and it’s definitely without a doubt my new Barbers. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and welcomed by the staff who provide a great customer service. I had my trim by Jaff who is such a great guy, brilliant at his craft and a joy to chat to. The Barbers is very uniquely styled with a positive fresh vibe with plenty of products on hand to buy if required and even complimentary drinks from the fridge. I met 4 barbers on-site and all are very kind, welcoming and you can tell they love what they do. If you haven’t been to A&J you need to pop in! You won’t be disappointed.
