Immediately I was greeted by the friendly staff and as I'd arrived early for my appointment Aaron one of the barbers shared some of his time prior to his next appointment as well as showing me the storybook of the journey of Clockwork Barbers and how it has evolved over time. Not only is every floor presented outstandingly well but more importantly it feels authentic and real. The storybook I would recommend to any new customer to glance over as you see the incredible journey Frazer and his team have gone in to creating this special space. My barbering experience was next level with Frazer. I've had haircuts around the World and so feel i'm well versed in a haircut and experience as a combination of excellence. Frazer and Clockwork Barbers combined both with ease. Frazer is personable, highly experienced, knowledgeable and more importantly my haircut was top class in every way. Fade on point, length touch up, styling, it was next level from start to finish and I was fortunate to hear firsthand the journey Frazer went into to creating Clockwork Barbers. I purchased the Grooming Clay and also Clockwork After Shave - Money well spent. I will be booking in every time i'm in Norwich and I would highly recommend others to follow suit. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I had my haircut today with the infamous Aaron. After having such a bad luck with barbers, I am pleased to say that I may have finally found the right one for me! Aaron was very friendly from the start, we talked about what I wanted and how it would best suit my hair. Aaron did his best considering the way my hair was butchered previously and he also let me know that he had to take extra off the back as my last barber left it very uneven. We had a chat and he cut it in a way that will grow more even for when I definitely go back for another haircut. I am so pleased with the service offered. As a student it is very helpful to see a student discount being offered, and whilst it is on the pricier side, you pay for the fabulous service and skills which in my honest opinion is invaluable. Will definitely be coming back!!

All of the barbers are excellent, so it is hard to recommend just one of them. They are all professional and helpful putting my rather vague description of what I would like into practice. The shop itself is clean and has a great atmosphere. The decore is unique and adds to the charm and identity of the shop.

Fantastic experience: I have been getting the freshest of trims by Aaron since day one and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else (don’t cheat on your barber). His recent move to the amazing establishment known as Clockwork Barbers is very fitting, I can’t imagine him anywhere else. Something I truly admire about Aaron is his ability to work with any client to achieve their desired result. In the 10 years I’ve been with Aaron not once have I had to worry about a dead trim (even with all the curve balls I’ve thrown at him over the years). Something that has always stood out for me is my younger brother being turned away by multiple barbers because ‘his hair is too awkward to cut’. I introduced my brother to Aaron who never shies away from a challenge and has equally always provided my bro with the cleanest haircut. 5/5 for Clockwork Barbers and 10/5 for Aaron.
