Fantastic experience: Excellent haircut by Leo. Professional, detailed, and talented.

Negative experience: Took too long to have my haircut done and the result wasnt even that good. I went there with my friend and he also didnt like his haircut. And on their websites says student discounts but dont even bother to ask just brings you the machine to pay.

Fantastic experience: I'm new to Bristol, this place was close by to where I'm staying, I decided to take a chance since the reviews showed it to be a good business and I really needed a haircut. Chris cut my hair and I have to say I'm really pleased with what I got, very professional service. As a business owner myself it was nice to be reminded that it's the little things that make the customer experience. Chris was cool with cutting my hair without making conversation which I much prefer (I'm not very good at small talk ) but I could tell if I wanted to chat away then he would also be fine with that too, he also asked me my preferences during the haircut, he communicated with me loud and clear (super important), was patient when I was making decisions and finally when my haircut was finished he didn't pressure me to buy any additional hair products because we both recognised I didn't really need it, I do sales in my professional life so I was pleased with this because it's really easy to make customers feel uncomfortable if you try to sell a solution to a problem you know they don't have. I'm overall happy with my experience and to support a local business I've decided to take some time to write a review. Will visit again if I'm in Bristol next time I need a haircut.

Negative experience: I don't recommend this barbershop to anyone. They don't know how to cut hair. They don't cut well. I don't understand the barriers under some kind of substances the first time.

Negative experience: Do not book with Liam, he’s a very nice guy but he shouldn’t be a barber. Bro acts super experienced but manages to mess up my hair in the worst possible manner. Told him just a little of the top and he almost made me bald. Don’t recommend coming back here since all the old staff have left Gave simple instructions yet he has somehow messed me up

Fantastic experience: Needed a cut urgently on a Sunday so booked in at Cutbox - Union Street due to their later opening hours. I have difficult hair (curly/frizzy) so a big thanks to Eddie who did a great job and was extremely friendly. Would definitely consider coming back if I'm in the city centre in future.

Negative experience: Booked in with Leyton who then did not turn up for my appointment. Another barber then rushed my haircut in 15-20 minutes and it was not faded well, turned into an undercut in 3-4 days. Still paid the £27 for it as well

Fantastic experience: Forgot the name of the guy who cut my hair but what a guy solid chat throughout the whole cut and also a solid trim. With my head shape (massive head innit) it’s difficult to cut my hair right but this guy didn’t even stutter and did a sublime job. One of the best trims I’ve had and a very much needed confidence builder after a rough first week in the big city, can’t wait to come back thanks so much x

They were spinning a discount wheel outside, a great idea, I got £5 off my excellent haircut. I look 10 years younger, in my mind. The sides were shorter abit higher than normal, but happy. Go to this place a bargain.
