Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for a hair cut and/or hot towel shave for a couple of years now and will not go anywhere else. The service you get here is friendly,professional and of a very high standard. You will always get a warm welcome and at least one cup of coffee or tea. So if your barber is just not cutting it or you just want a hot towel shave to 'Treat Yourself '. Give these guys a go, I doubt you will regret it.

Burak was very friendly and offered me tea or coffee whilst I waited. The haircut looks great and was very affordable. Burak was nice enough to offer me a hair wash as well as he understood that I had a busy schedule so wasn't able to wash my hair immediately after. Very impressed and would definitely recommend it

Negative experience: Went to this place as it had tons of 5 star reviews on Google. The guy who cut my hair was very friendly and asked me what I wanted. I walked into the shop with short/medium length curly hair and short back and sides. I asked for a medium height skin fade and the ends off on top. The barbers first move was to cut the zero line almost up inline with my hairline on top of my head, far too high. I didn’t say anything because the damage was done, I sat hoping he would at least do a good job of the fade. He did not, it was all over the place. I thought about telling him to stop at this stage but to avoid any awkwardness I didn’t, he asked again what I wanted off the top and I said ‘just the ends’. Before I could comprehend what had happened I was down to the equivalent of a number 7 on top. I couldn’t wait to get out of the chair, I cannot even begin to explain how bad this haircut was, too short, too high, wonky lines, uneven lengths, the whole shabang. I paid to avoid any confrontation (but really never should have done so) and immediately went to another barber shop to ask them to try and fix the mess. They said there wasn’t really anything they could do because of how high and tight my hair had been cut, but it did at least give them a good laugh. The salvage effort meant I had to have a number 6 on top and the 0 on the sides is comically high, I honestly debated just shaving my head. First review I’ve ever written on Google but had to share my experience. I felt bad because he was a nice man, but do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. Completely ruined my hair for minimum 3 weeks and won’t be back to what it was for months. I am so scared to go into the office on Monday where I can’t wear my cap.
