Negative experience: Absolutely awful! My son had an appointment booked today with Arabella and the result was diabolical, shocking and was left unimpressed. His hair was nothing like the picture we provided. He was not happy with the services and we will not be going again. Requested a full refund, do not go, do not recommend!

Negative experience: I came here for over a year for my haircuts - was pretty much perfect every time however I don't go here anymore due to being taken for granted as a customer. I booked here every time I needed a haircut for over a year, they are actually very good at what they do but every time I'd go I would be expected to wait at least 10 sometimes 15 minutes (I once waited for 22 minutes) - if I'm 10 minutes late they charge the full amount and cancel the appointment. The instance which put me off coming back was when I had a haircut booked and with 10 minutes until the appointment it was cancelled through the app with no explanation or reasoning whereas I can't cancel with less than 24 hours notice without receiving a charge for the full amount. Cancellations happen however I didn't receive any sort of message or apology, I'd taken time specifically for this haircut and it just goes to show they don't care about their customers and expect you to just accept whatever they say/do. I feel they're undeserving of my regular custom so I don't go here anymore - I'm sure the average person will have a good experience but just bear in mind the service has lots of caveats, The level of service also declines the more you return.

I use Callum as he always knows what will look good and gives a 10/10 trim. The shop has a nice friendly vibe and I’ve never seen a bad cut from any of them.

Fantastic experience: The best barber in Bristol: I’ve always tried to find the cheapest barber around but you get to a point where you’re sick of the awful haircuts. So I tried about skeleton which is a bit more than what I’d usually pay BUT ITS SO WORTH IT. Like, if you’re contemplating that you want to save a bit of money there’s literally no point. Amazing place with good vibes and amazing barbers. Going to come back on the regular where possible. It’s the first time I’ve come out of a Bristol barbers with a smile as opposed to tears.

Fantastic experience: Never been to this barbers before and as a trans man, I can be very nervous visiting new barbers as I still look pretty female in comparison to others further along their journey. Not once did I feel uncomfortable. All staff were welcoming and Owen, who cut my hair, was chatty, friendly and very thorough with his work. I would 100% visit again and although I don't live in bristol, I would happily coincide my visits with my routine hair cuts in order to use this barbers again.
