He was also very personable and is therefore now my go to barber and I have been back since for a change in style. I also receive a free drink on arrival for every haircut which is a nice touch. From the moment I sat down he listened properly to what I wanted, asked the right questions, and checked in a few times during the cut to make sure everything was spot on. The taper is clean and smooth with no harsh lines, and the shape on top sits perfectly without me having to fight with it in the morning. He was professional, focused, and you can tell he actually cares about the end result, not just rushing to the next client. The blend, the attention to detail around the neckline and edges, all on point. Shop was clean, good vibe, and I left feeling fresh and confident. Definitely recommend Shiv if you want a proper quality haircut and someone who knows what they’re doing.

A while ago, I found Brazen Men’s Hair on Leith after checking reviews online, the place had great ratings, so I decided to go. Kenan was my stylist, and to be honest, it was the best haircut and overall experience I’ve had in a long time. The shop is clean, quick, and has a very friendly atmosphere. I went back yesterday for a beard trim because of how good my previous haircut was, and once again, Kenan did an amazing job. He’s truly one of the best in the business. Highly recommended!

I ended up with a pretty clean cut which has grown out nicely after a few weeks, and he also added a couple of great subtle touches. Conversation was chill and relaxed too, same as previous cuts here with the others. All round, a great, relaxed place to get a sharp cut.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting Edinburgh and in need of a haircut. As an Asian man, one of the biggest things we struggle with is hair. We almost always have the heavy thick super straight hair, and couldn’t find the right barber. Nothing ever really looked right, and I’m just growing out bangs. I've never had a flattering haircut from a non-East Asian hairdresser in the UK. That said, the best haircut of my life was from a white (British) barber in Scotland! Had a haircut yesterday with Eachan and it was the best decision I’ve made! He (along with his team) is really a professional! Great work Eachan!
