Negative experience: “I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Turkish barber in Birmingham. I came in expecting a professional men’s haircut, but unfortunately the barber clearly didn’t know how to cut men’s hair properly. I explained what I wanted, showed the style, and still ended up with a completely different result. The haircut was uneven, rushed, and poorly blended, and it honestly looked like no care or attention was given. The barber seemed inexperienced and didn’t listen to instructions at all. When I tried to explain or correct something, it felt like I was being ignored. The whole service felt rushed, like they just wanted to finish as quickly as possible instead of doing a proper job. For a place that calls itself a Turkish barber, I expected much better skill and professionalism. The overall experience was disappointing and a waste of money. I left unhappy and had to get my hair fixed somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a proper men’s haircut. Definitely won’t be coming back.”

Fantastic experience: First visit today with 2 of my sons. One had a taper fade undercut, the other had a fade with high top afro shape up. We showed pictures for what we wanted and explained any variations. The 2 barbers were friendly, did lovely jobs and the boys left with smiles. I was impressed with how clean the cuts looked and the nice chilled vibe in the shop.

Fantastic experience: First time visit to a barber shop in Bham since 2006 (as I have a bald head, no hair). Started to grow a beard first time since March 2025, needed a trim, as I was looking like a scruff. I can't remember the name of the young chap who did my beard trim but he apoke english, he was attentive and did a great job. My first visit was end of April 2025 - will definately go again for a 2nd trim and tidy up.
