Negative experience: Wanted to have the best haircut I’ve ever had because my wedding was coming up and I had to look my best. So I decided to book with the “master barber” Dale. Not worth it at all. Kept on bragging about his 30 years in the trade. Very expensive and not worth it. I’ve asked for a ski fade, this guy didn’t even have foils.The cheaper barbers are under the “barber” column. Before the “master gave me a rubbish haircut, I went to the “ less experienced” barber Danny. Ended doing a much better job for half the price. If you want to look your best pay less and the the normal barbers.

Negative experience: I visited recently and was really disappointed with the experience. Despite the haircut costing over 30 pounds, the service felt incredibly rushed and careless. He made me wait for 30 minutes although I booked in advance. It seemed like he didn’t take the time to finish the cut properly, leaving it looking incomplete and uneven. For the price, I expected a much higher level of care and professionalism. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve had, and I won’t be returning. You can get a better haircut at your local barber for half of the price. At least they finish it properly.

Fantastic experience: Just had an appointment with Dale after growing my hair out for the last 6 months, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I came in hoping for a restyle and left really impressed. The place was recommended to me by word of mouth, and I can see why. The service was great, the price was fair (especially since I only get a cut every month or so), and overall I’m really happy with the experience. Looks like I’ve found my new go-to barber. Fantastic experience: I was in Birmingham from the States for a conference. And after a couple of mornings wrestling with my hair and losing the battle, I just desperately needed a decent cut. I popped into the shop hoping for a quick fix. After all, it genuinely made my whole Birmingham trip so much better, and it's all down to Danny. The guy's a total pro, super professional and switched on. He was so detailed, really scoping out my current cut and suggesting some precise tweaks. He even took the time to break down why certain techniques would work best for my hair, patiently answering all my questions and spelling out each step. It felt more or less like a proper, collaborative styling session – totally interactive! If you're after a barber who truly cares about making you look your best, Danny's your guy. Hands down!

Negative experience: Had a bad experience, looks like the haircut was done by some trainee, Not at all worth £38. The barber and service were ok but what good they are if your hair are ruined.

Fantastic experience: went in today after a very hot sweaty walk with lots of bags, was offered a drink straight away (of course i asked for a water). after a short wait I was sat in Wills chair, he was so chill and easy to talk to, washed my hair, offered me a whisky and lemonade and gave me a fresh cut - i don’t even live in Birmingham but this is for sure my new barbers - finally i’ve found one!!

Bobby was my hair and beard stylist and he was super friendly and really accommodating and pointed me in the right direction as I’d not had a hair or beard cut for months as was still unsure what I wanted. But Bobby gave some great advice and I’m really pleased with the results. The only downside to the experience is you won’t want to go anywhere else after the treatment you receive there. I had grown out my hair for 3 years, I came here unsure of what I wanted but my barber, Keiran, helped me understand my hair more and gave me suggestions, as he told me throughout the cut what he was doing and why. I always have anxiety going for a haircut but this place put me at ease. Plus they have a bar with beer so what's there not to love?

Fantastic experience: Great service, really happy with my hair cut too, very professional cut, mostly using scissors which I appreciate a lot. I went on a Sunday, it was very quiet which is ideal for me, Keiron who cut my hair was very accommodating by saying I can talk or not talk, which was good for me. Had a good chat with him all the while. I showed Keiron a picture of what I wanted from a previously successful hair cut and he executed it exactly how I wanted. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel completely welcomed and at ease, like I was at home. His professionalism and attention to detail were impeccable. Not only did he give me a fantastic haircut, but he also made me feel great about myself by the end of the session. I’ve never been fully satisfied with any of my previous haircuts, but today, for the first time in my life, I walked out genuinely happy.
