Negative experience: It's incredible today they charged me $45 dollars it's too much money for a haircut before I paid $30 or $35 including a tip I don't think I'll come back here anymore besides the cut they made me lacked more More definition and cleaner sides - shorter on the sides or with a more pronounced fade. Also, it lacked a more defined fade to make it look more modern and styled.”

Fantastic experience: Was in Barrie from out of town for my son's hockey tournament and he desperately needed a haircut. Was able to get an appointment with Jordan same day. My 13 yr old son asked for a low drop fade. Jordan was awesome. Chatted with my son about hockey and gave him a great cut. Now my son wants to make the 3+ hour trip every time he needs a cut.....not happening, but thank you so much for a great experience.

I showeed him a couple of pics of what I was after and i've never had a beard looking so good in my life. He even gave me some advice as to what to do until the next time he sees me. Great job, I've got a new guy going forward for my hair and beard needs!

Negative experience: Had an appointment BOOKED for 750pm.... was 10 minutes early-noticed my barber was cutting someone else at this time. Waited patiently without making a fuss. No receptionist or anyone came to update me, to let me know he was running late. At around 815pm I got tired of waiting and left. To be 25 minutes late for a client and not communicate at all is ridiculous. There were other barbers that could probably have take me. Been here a couple times and im sick of waiting. This was the last time. If you cant handle appointments then only take walking... won't be going back here and if you value your time then you shouldn't as well.

Negative experience: Worst customer service I’ve have seen from a barber whereby they seem to think they.are doing you a favor to let them cut your hair! Maybe this is how barbers behave outside the big city?.. not sure. DHILLON has cut my kids hair over 10 times and has been over 30 mins late for my kid’s cut appt a couple times. We did not make a big deal about it but the first time we were late 10 mins due to circumstances beyond our control this guy goes full diva! LOL. And gives my kid the worst haircut he’s had in 4 years. Very unprofessional. Repeatedly asked him not to spray stuff in kids hair but continued to do so. Much like your dentist or doctor this guy was like family…or so I thought. I guess we were just a number… not what I’m used to from my barber but oh well.. lots if barbers around..
