Fantastic experience: Staff here are always great and welcoming have never booked and always available for walk ins for both my self and my kids who love going here. I drive 50 minutes just to get my hair cut here

Fantastic experience: at the time, our 5 year old son hated getting a haircut (sensory + stress). the barbers made sure our reluctant son was taken care of and worked with his anxiety. he’s now almost 7 and we come here every 2-3 weeks from Amherstburg for cool hair designs or standard cuts. if your child is also having a tough time, go to Dominon, let them know, and they’ll be sure to be extra warm and welcoming, do the “Spider-Man” webs, and give a sucker at the end. thank you to all the barbers there! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Took my nephew for a back to school cut today. He doesn't do well with haircuts. The noise of the clippers scares him. The barbers were amazing at distracting him and did an amazing job even though he was a wiggle worm lol. He got a cool designand it only cost $20. Definitely recommend this place!

We went in today, the Sunday before school starts, and we were about 6th in line. Only waited about 20 minutes which is totally expected as a walk in 2 days before school. Negative experience: I called the shop to ask about a haircut, and the very first thing I asked was whether there was any line or waiting. They told me, “There’s no waiting.” But when I arrived, I was in for a huge surprise—there were 7–8 people ahead of me, and the wait was almost 2 hours.

Negative experience: He was not a detailist, nor a perfectionist with my hair. He left my lower right bangs much longer than my lower left bangs. The bangs turned out to be a mess actually, and I only noticed when I got home.

Negative experience: didn't even fade my sides and the guy just seemed confused on what to do when all I asked him to do was fix the layers on the top of my head? don't know if it's cuz I'm female but it almost felt like it

Negative experience: I had the worst experience and would never walk back in to this store again.. i would share this experience with all my friends and warn them about this place.. i took my kid in for a haircut and the barber who attended to us kept talking down to me and treat me badly just because i am a woman.. i felt a pinch of racism too .. all this happened in front of my child .. also he expected me to get up and give up my seat while waiting in the lobby just because there were men standing around waiting for their turn.. the haircut was not that great as well.. just a regular haircut.. i forgot to get the name of the barber..

Negative experience: I went a few weeks ago; I wanted it long on top and a low taper. Showed them pics. Completely messed it up. It felt like they just wanted me out of the chair as soon as possible. The staff, super friendly. I don't have a preferred barber(I did he is no longer around). I have had most of the lads give me a cut. With that being said Mo gave me a cut, hot towel. ( 29/01/2025 around 11am - 12pm. He did a fantastic job. If I wasn't already married. I would be after leaving the shop today. Clean son! Miss, if you need to translate for him that's cool but the lad needs more customers. He will do very well. Keep doing a good cut Mo! I'll be back in 6-9 weeks. Remind me here. PLEASE! Negative experience: This review is honestly pointed towards the older barbers at this shop who have been there for a while. The young/learning barbers have never given me a bad cut. The place has just gone downhill in the quality of the haircuts (if you get an older barber here). This business charges low prices but the trade-off they turn you out quickly to get the next person on the chair. My barber, Man, failed to buzz the hair in-between my ear and side of my head (you know the little annoying stray hairs). Small thing to harp on but its my one go-to "litmus test" after any haircut that tends to give me a good idea on how much the barber cares about good service. This has happened with two of their other barbers, Hanna, and Mathew. The only genuine suggestions I can give about this place, in order of importance, are: 1. Book the younger barbers (i.e., Yaz) as they are there for experience, they are driven, and they care 2. Go across the street to The City Barbershop 3. Only do a walk-in if you are a gambling man

Negative experience: Worst barbershop I have been to I got my haircut here and it was terrible it was a joke and the guy here was rude for no reason saying that it was 2 different haircuts when I asked for a little off the top when he messed me up severely please DO NOT COME HERE

Negative experience: They’re like robots, 10 minutes haircut. I get it you’re cheap at 25 bucks compared to others but come on, pay little attention to your work. Totally butchered my hair. Don’t go, just pay little extra and get some who would actually spend little more time on you.
