Negative experience: Went in asking for a specific cut that would work with my wavy-curly texture, even showed reference photos and explained what I wanted. Instead, he gave me something completely different. The cut was uneven, the top was hacked too short, and it completely disrupted my natural curl pattern.

Negative experience: I had a haircut here for first and last time yesterday. When I stepped in one of the barbers showed me where to sit and I did so. Right after he started talking about someting to not step on the step/footrest of the chair next time and those chairs costing 1200-1300 dollars or something each. Those steps have a rubber stud underneath them to absorb any force at first place and if your chairs are not strong enough for a 80 kg man that is not my problem either ... This is not how you greet a new customer. Thanks to Jesus but not anyone else, learn to behave, as can be seen by owners response they are not professionals. Go find another barbershop folks.
