Fantastic experience: We went in to get my partner's hair and beard lined up and we booked with Sagar. Attached are pics and videos from our experience. It was very professional surroundings. He booked us in same day, wheelchair ♿️ accessible bathroom entrance. It's a nice clean shop and my partner was pleasantly pleased with his line-up. This was our first visit and I would definitely recommend. Also Sagar bought my partner a Tim's coffee. He offered me as well but I already had one. The only thing I would critique is that we wanted his nose and ears waxed as everyone else does this but they refused because Sagar's brother thought it would make him bleed. Even though they had the wax warmer sitting there ready and waiting to go! ( Let me correct the machine wasn't on, but they do offer nose and ear waxing ) so why have the product there, If you're not going to use it? Otherwise, I would probably rate it an 8/10. Also we'll most likely return. They offer messages, and facials. As well as lots of other services.

Negative experience: Had a terrible experience. I got barbers rash quite literally the very next day. I've never had issues with razor bumps in the past and so I can only conclude that this is from dirty clippers. The people were friendly which is cool but I'd much rather have a rude barber than have to deal with this rash. This picture is one day after the haircut, who knows what it will look like in some more days.
