Fantastic experience: Discount codes that are sent don't work and the people at the shop conveniently can't do it manually which is strange feels a lot like deceptive marketing. After a long time since moving to Halifax got a good Haircut, thanks to Karan, most local barber's are oblivious as to what to do with south Asian beards and moustaches, good experience.

Kept calling me “bro”, didn’t read my appointment notes, then tried to tell me he couldn’t charge me for a buzz cut because it’s only 1 length across. Literally got up and walked out. Negative experience: I booked a haircut with Kumar, expecting a great experience given his good reviews. However, he was a no-show, and Obi took over instead. Unfortunately, Obi rushed through my haircut in 10 minutes, prioritizing his next client. The result was one of the worst haircuts I've had in this city. Despite specifically asking him not to use thinning scissors, he did, leaving patches on my head. What's the point of taking appointments if you don't respect them? Poor communication and lack of professionalism led to a subpar experience. Until they improve their scheduling and stylist accountability, I'd caution others to think twice. Should have given negative ratings if possible.

Negative experience: Sorry to say, it’s a waste of money for me today! Conversation was good but unfortunately I got a terrible haircut today. Although he (my barber) claimed he cut my hair according to my instruction, I told him may be next time you will be able to do better! Now I need to get another haircut immediately may be from some other place.

Negative experience: Went to this place for 2.5 years straight. When I missed an appointment for the third time in all of 2.5 years, I was given a warning that I'll be barred from getting their service if I hit five strikes. I tried explaining that no-shows will naturally go up when you've been a patron for this long, but one of their senior barbers dismissed my concern. Been nearly a year since then, I never went back. Now they're sending me discount coupons saying they miss me. After threatening to disbar me. UPDATE: You are using the phrase "last-minute cancellations" too conveniently. Of the four cancellations, one was YOU asking me last minute to reschedule it. I cancelled one appointment two DAYS in advance and one was done two hours in advance. My friends and I have had multiple occasions when we were told to wait for our own appointment as barbers were busy. One time, you took a walk-in client right in front of me while I was waiting WITH an appointment. You want me to respect your appointments when you don't respect mine. I respect the hustle in running a business. I could never run a business myself. But your senior barber was rude and dismissive and that's not a common experience in Halifax. And now you're trying to discredit my review with misleading numbers on my cancellations.

Negative experience: I had the worst haircut experience. After some decent amount of wait, the barber seemed completely disinterested and in rush to finish the haircut. I expected minimum attention and care from the staff to ensure a good customer experience.

They assured me they would arrange for the best barber for my next visit and even offered to waive the charges. I appreciate the owner's effort to make things right, and I'm willing to give them another chance based on their response. ——— I had a very disappointing experience at here . I booked an appointment for 9:30 AM and arrived on time, but I ended up waiting for half an hour. To make matters worse, the barber wasn't even there when I arrived. The staff informed me that the next available appointment wasn't until 11:30 AM. This level of unprofessionalism and poor scheduling is unacceptable. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.
