Negative experience: After explaining exactly how I wanted my hair cut and had a photo on hand. The final look looked not very close to the photo at all. And during the hair cut with a skin fade on the side, the technique he was using was useless, he repeatedly just hit the side of my head with clippers on the right side for roughly 10 minutes which felt longer than that at the time. Yet the other side they did it in half the time, so either the barber was inexperienced and didn’t say so or they are just a bad barber. And then without asking they sprayed a subjectively disgusting smell without asking wether I wanted it or letting me smell it, or even show me what it was just straight from the shelf to spraying. First time there and wouldn’t go back again

Fantastic experience: I work at a dining place just next door and this place was always packed with clients so i thought i will give it a go. It was actually my first time ever going to a barber shop, since I’ve never really paid much attention to my hair or styles before. I asked to just do what they thought would suit me best, and the result was awesome! I walked out with a cut that actually fits me. The shop has a relaxed, welcoming vibe, and the whole experience was way better than I expected. Definitely recommend, especially if you’re not sure what style to go for

Negative experience: I have high expectations when I walked in recently. Service was quickly responded even without booking reservation. Although coming from a mid fade cut that I've always been having for years, I told the young man I wanna try a tapered cut and a slick back top. I was waiting till he dampen my hair( but he didn't) for easy cut since my hair just came from bed. The sides came out a bit more higher, the back is fine. Told him the top back has been protruding because its not wet. He then cut the top and did more on the top back thus appearing like a buzz cut which left with only 1/2 inch coming from about 3 inches on that part. He could've just sprayed it first and see how my hair is flowing because it's ok when I put some product. He mentioned my hair grows forward from the top back and I like a pull back on top front. Resulting into a half part moving forward and half part going backwards on my top hair. I told him you cut it a bit short and he said you don't look at the mirror that way, the top front is what people see you so that's ok and that's the best I can do. Just a little dissapointed.

Very good price, only $35 for a haircut, and you can use pay-id, which is great (avoids those pesky bank fees and surcharges associated with eftpos payments).
