Negative experience: This is my worst haircut experience. The barber didn't listen to my request and didn't ask me. He directly cut me with the ugliest hairstyle. If you'd better show him the photo before cutting his hair, otherwise, he will completely change your hairstyle.

Negative experience: Highly disappointed with the sudden change in pricing from $65 to $80 that too without prior intimation and justification from Sam. Lost a repeat customer forever, never going again. There are a plenty of good Salons nearby that are reasonably priced.

Negative experience: Booked in for a fade and short hair, the guy spent 10 minutes tops and cut aboyt a inch to 2 inches off me and charged $45

Negative experience: Had a haircut booked in with Ricky, ended up getting some lady who did my son's hair an totally messed it up, he asked for a long fringe an she cut it so short, she didn't even do what he asked she was too busy on the phone, highly disappointed an a waste of money as I had to shave my son's hair cos it was that bad.

Fantastic experience: Ricky always gives consistently great haircuts, ensures that my exact haircut requests are heard and executed properly, doesn't just assume what I would like based on previous haircuts. His skin fade work and beard trimming/lineup in particular is one of the best I've seen from a barber. Most importantly, he tries to engage with his customers, trying to invest in their lives/interests outside the barber chair and loves to share jokes and laughs with them. Top class barber

Negative experience: They had a guy called Ben , he was a master class , suddenly ben is gone and the problem is replaced by young men who are just learning the craft , and when you book randomly they put you with the newest one, i think the owner currently cares about quantity not quality, and the new staff only knows how to use the trimmer , trust me don’t let them do anything else, if anyone knows where Ben is Gone pleeeease do tell

Negative experience: If I could rate 0 I would worst haircut I’ve ever received I would rather get a toddler to give me a hair cut had an appointment today for a fade and they screwed it up completely charged me 65 dollars and I was so disgusted with the finish it was awful, I also went to another barber shop afterwards to get my hair fixed and fade fixed! Absolutely appalling would never recommend or come back here it’s trash!

Fantastic experience: im the type of person that hates new people cutting my hair, ive had the same barber since i was 16 years old and i am now 22, i took a chance with ricky and his salon due to my other barber not being available and i give you my word, not only is ricky a good man and a hard worker, he matches exactly what you ask for and gets the job done perfectly, i was so anxious to get my hair done from someone new but when ricky was finished with me, i walked out of his salon feeling like a complete new man, 10/10, i can say with confidence that i have found my new go to barber !

I'm not a social person so it was nice being around others who were happy and chatty while not having to be myself. Negative experience: I’m taking their services for quite a while but today had a very bad experience with the guy named Rayon he finished my hair cut in 5 minutes in very commercial way. Even didn’t finished the hair cut properly. Very disappointed. I would recommend Fadi, Rony or Lindsay but never RAYON.

Negative experience: overall a horrible haircut! showed pictures and described in detail what I wanted, they proceeded do it wrong, and it was too late to fix it because it was already cut at that length. I have been cutting my own hair for a few months and only came in to take some bulk out and shape it up, and I have ended up with something that I didn’t want! Felt really rushed and clearly didn’t listen to what I was describing, also still charged me full price when he could see I clearly wasn’t happy!

Negative experience: Go here if you like being ignored. I asked that my hair be cut with a mild mohawk in the middle - it was cut (unevenly) flat. On the way out I asked for a tax invoice to be emailed. This was ignored. I call, and then a link was SMS'd to me. What am I to do with a web link? I call again and finally, my original & simple request is honored.
