Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. I took my child in for a haircut after seeing the price clearly mentioned on the salon’s leaflet. However, at billing time I was charged significantly more than the advertised amount. When I questioned this, the staff justified the extra charge based on my child’s age — something that was never mentioned or categorized anywhere on the leaflet or pricing information provided. If age-based pricing exists, it should be clearly communicated to customers beforehand. Changing the price afterward feels unfair and misleading. Transparency and honesty in pricing are basic expectations, especially when customers rely on advertised rates.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with my 2 year's old daughter's hair cut, the stylist listened to what we wanted and delivered it beautifully! Finally found a kids barber (MR.TAJ) who really knows his work. At first time she gets sleeped while doing cut so we didn't get required style but next day again the barber patiently re-do his work and gave her perfect layers. Highly recommended

Negative experience: I did my beard cut from here.. Very very poor service.. The Guy made two wounds below my nose and kept silent. He was in a hurry to finish it quickly and attend more customers... I even had to do a rework as the cutting was not at all good... Never recommend this saloon to any one. Price is also 55 AED for haircut and bear trim. They don't do anything special to pay such an amount. The service is just below average than any of the Normal hair cutting salons.
