Fantastic experience: It's a Very Good Barber Shop in Al Rashidiya 3. At the End He Made a Very Good Haircut. But I Dont Know What Hairstyle It was It was From a Picture. And He made It Perfectly Like the Picture.

Negative experience: Very disappointing experience. I booked my appointment by phone more than once, but every time I arrived, the barber was already busy with another client. This shows that the booking system is not being managed properly and clients’ time is not respected. The receptionist tried to be helpful, but the confusion and poor handling of the situation came from the manager. His response was very unprofessional and made the experience even worse instead of solving the problem. A salon should respect appointments, communicate clearly, and treat clients professionally. Unfortunately, that I faced the opposite! I do not recommend this salon for anyone.

Negative experience: Ive been going back and fort in this salon, and i notice everytime i find the perfect person to deal with me they keep on changing and relocating there staff which is a wrong strategy of the owner. No wonder no one stays in there company for long. I wont recommend this Shop for a Long term, beside the services was too high i only stay because of there staff but they intend to not care for there employees. Thank you!

Negative experience: The owner is always changing the staff before when i go there for hair cut he do well next time i go that’s not there trnsfer again next time same situation so i leave that shop because they always transfer the good people

Negative experience: Bad Service and Customer service approach is very bad even these days. Once i book for my seat and the staff confirmed me “after 30 minutes you can go ahead” later once i came back he is acting so weirdly and he just make a concern that he didn’t confirm me anything, you were not here earlier. Its making me so bad and his colleague make a witness on this incident and to to that guys, he said it right, the customer came here and the staff itself said that 30 min of waiting time. So here need to ask you one thing, what is the value of timing for the person here.? What is the genuine staff should be at a Business.?

Negative experience: The service is very bad regarding the nails. I was cut and my hands are all bloody. He is very fast to the point that it hurts me while he is working. I told him to wait more than once, but he did not answer. Knowing that the price is not small, but it is a very bad experience. I do not advise anyone to feel this way.

He doesn't know customer service, he doesn't know how to handle customers, and I think he is the assistant manager. Trimmers Gent Salon, don't you know how to choose the correct person for that position? I don't want to come back to your salon; you're wasting my money."

Negative experience: Salvador is a the most worst difficult angry guy in this saloon, I even don't know why he is talking rude to the customer , the management must change or guide him to be more kind and professional

Negative experience: Very bad service, not worth for the amount they charge. Went twice and both the times it was very bad experience. Staff shouting in the saloon, Sir condition not working properly, no cooling and to add on top of it inexperienced staff who don’t know what they’re doing.

They informed haircut is 35 dhs and beard is 20 dhs Once payment was due they informed me it was 63 dhs 35 for haircut 25 for beard + VAT Was my first and last visit. Would advise to look for other barbers as lot of better options in the similar or less price range

Negative experience: I advice anyone to avoid going to this Barbar.. they will charge you 36.75 AED for hair cut only. I cut my hair in Dubai or Sharjah or Abu Dhabi around between 15 to 25 AED maxm Ajman should be the cheapest due of the shop rental is very cheap comparing to Abu Dhabi or Dubai or even Sharjah. I have no idea why 36.75 AED for hair cutting .. someone from price control should report them. Really nothing special they just cut your hair for that price. I feel scammed.
