Unfortunately, I guess my wife forgot and decided to take our son there for a haircut. It was the worst haircut we have ever seen! I could have done a better job with a chainsaw. Unreal. She had to take him to another barbershop where the barber fix the haircut and stated that whomever cut his hair is NOT a barber. Top Notch? Bad name unless they are talking about the Notch they took out of his hair. I do not recommend this place.

We originally called to ask about prices, and they told us $150+ tax for highlights and $270+ tax for keratin. However, when we arrived at the shop, they suddenly increased the prices for both services. Since the salon was recommended to us, we trusted them and didn’t want to take any chances with our hair. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to the $270+ tax for the keratin treatment. We went ahead with the service, expecting good results. But after washing our hair, there was absolutely no change—our hair looked exactly the same! When we contacted them, their so-called “hair specialist,” Safiya, blamed us, saying we washed our hair too early (before 4 hours). That was never mentioned to us before! We kept calling, but they just made excuses. When we finally went in person to ask for support, they completely ignored us. We wasted both our time and money. I strongly advise DO NOT go to this salon if you care about your hair!

Expérience négative: Visited the Barbershop for the first time. It's clean and the barbers are friendly. BUT the hairstyle technique is terrible. They practically he touched my hair with scissors a few times only. He went over the sides with the trimmer and snipped the scissors twice. The hairstyle that I showed usually takes at least an hour to do, but the hairdresser did everything in 25 minutes. In the morning the hairstyle sticks out and in some places the hair remains the same length. Now I have to go to another place to fix everything. Do not go here under any circumstances. I don't recommend it!
