Expérience fantastique: I am happy with the service I got a walker. I recommend if Barbershop by using them for years and I am happy for this service number one screen number two customer service number three you get treats take a medicine.

Expérience négative: I had the worst haircut experience of my life here. I had an appointment, when I arrived the place was clearly very very dirty. I sat in the chair and the barber put TOILET PAPER around my neck as the under guard for the gown. I then explained I wasn’t 1.5” off the top, and a taper on the sides and back. He told me I needed to cut more off, but I didn’t want that. He then proceeded to spend A FULL HOUR without even cutting the back and the worst taper I have ever seen. He could not even hold the scissors and comb in the same hand. It was uneven and poorly done. He had also chopped off way too much 3”+… DOUBLE what I asked for. He asked if I liked and I mentioned he hasn’t even cut the back. He then cut a few small pieces (somehow took another 15 mins) and told me he was done. My hair looked horrible, it looked like I was trying to grow a mullet and the top was way too short, taper wasn’t proper at all, etc. To make matters worse he cut the back of my neck twice. I would avoid this place with a 10km pole and I feel sorry for anyone else who’s gotten their haircut by that undertrained barber.

Expérience négative: Always get the owner to cut my hair, been going there for years. This is the second time in a row two hours before my appointment my haircut gets re-assigned to another Barber. Owner seems to work fewer hours. Better planning of his schedule would help. Frankly the re-assigned Barber did a terrible job.

I got ridiculed for using products in my hair that morning, saying “next time you come to a barber, don’t put products in your hair. It makes my job harder.” Do not recommend.

Expérience négative: There was a girl who shaved for me she messed up my mustache and pinched my lips with the razor and messed up my beard from the bottom of my nick And then she wanted to charge me 90$ for a fade and hair wash and hair powder And my friend was also there he did hair and beard and only 40$ Why u taking extra ? Never coming back there she messed me up and I was so busy that it was my engagement party so I didn't had the time to talk she doesn't know how to shave go get trained again for god sake

Expérience positive: I asked him i wanted a clean cut, and a shampoo. At the end he cut me, and told me to take shampoo at home. And it was not a clean cut, still hair on my neck and around my ear. The cut is nice but he attacked my neck. I just wished he cared and it is okay to make a mistake but at least try to fix it. He needs more practice with cleaning neck, cause he could really injure someone like he did to me.

Most importantly, the barbers were even interested in cutting hair. I went here two times, first time, barber was on his phone half of the time talking to someone, and second time, he was sin so much hurry that i was looking like he was getting late for his bus or something. My mistake that i gave them another chance. Never go there!!!!!

Expérience négative: First-Timer here... all im going to say is if you have curly hair, STAY AWAY I got a simple cut today not only did it get cut WAY TOO SHORT it was also cut slightly uneven in the sides, the "shaving" was god awful, the circular blade kept knicking me and cutting my face and was burning my skin when they sprayed that liquid on it I expected for the price to get a straight razor shave.... I had booked a haircut with the owner specifically and apparently he "was not here" according to the front desk lady and I got another barber I specifically wanted the owner specifically to cut my hair as I was a first-timer and I was very nervous to get my hair cut here as I have curly hair and I have a graduation soon because of my terrible haircut here I needed to get my hair RECUT somewhere else and I am very frustrated and will not be returning... Finally the price, the price they charged me for a haircut and "shave" was 67$ even with the "boss ill give a discount" (if that was the price with the discount I would hate to see the regular price). In short... IT WAS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for a mens length cut with no fade no extras just simple length and basic layers. Again if you have curly hair STAY AWAY FROM HERE NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL Thank you.

Expérience négative: Horrible service, I waited in the car for my sons appointment which was at 3:25pm I waited until 3:55pm and they took every walk in before him after he specified multiple times he had an appointment they did not apologize and continued to laugh and make jokes about it. Even previous times the haircut was horrible for a $40 price. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE

We came in at 7:50, 10 mins before closing time, but the owner welcomed us warmly, and got us a seat in no time. The barber’s name was Malek, and did my son’s hair amazingly, giving him a nice fade in the back, while shortening the sides. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be going back. 100% would recommend.

Expérience négative: I normally book an appointment but, from all my previous visits i've always had to wait over an hour and half minimum before I'm noticed in the shop. So this time I walked in. I wait an hour and a half and finally one barber is free and gets me seated and starts asking what I want. Everything is going smoothly until someone with an appointment at that exact time walks in. And the owner asks me to get up and wait another 10 minutes for another barber to finish. Already losing my patience waiting for almost 2 hours and none of the barbers were done their previous clients from when I just got there. Got my stuff and left because it's incredibly ridiculous. Went to Tommy Gunn's instead and had to only wait 25 minutes including the haircut and a double wash for the same price. Used to really like this spot but safe to say I'm never returning again.

Mean while people without appointments are just walking in and getting serviced wothout appointments. Waited over an hour from his scheduled appointment time. The concept of appointments is to benefit the customer and the business. The business takes appointments in order to operate smoothly, and the customer is expected to show up on time. The customer makes an appointment in order to fit the haircut into their daily schedule. Not honoring an appointment when you are a customer in some industries requires a customer to pay a fee. However, when the business fails to honor a scheduled appointment, there is no compensation for the customer. The only recourse for the customer (as in this case) is to leave an honest review. Hopefully, more people will do the same, and after some poor reviews, businesses will be held accountable and respond accordingly.

Their booking system is not organized - if you book appt with a specific barber, it's likely that you get forcibly passed off to someone else and you get asked to work with them and be flexible. Their staff are constantly rotating and many of the barbers, who are often high-school students, try to go as fast as possible at the expense of quality and sometimes don't know what they're doing.

There was a lot of fumbling and the combing felt like he was trying to deep clean my scalp. Considering the service I received, ~$40 is way too steep a price. That was at most a $20 cut. First star for the surprisingly good outcome, second star for Momo’s sense of humour. Hope you get better at what you do kiddo, please be gentler on the next guy’s scalp lol

Expérience négative: I would rate them 0 stars if I could. Walked in here looking for a very simple cut. When I showed it to the barber he said I didn't have the hair texture for it. We then decided on another cut that I was happy with. He cut the top WAY shorter than I asked, and the fade was completely butchered. When I knew how bad it was, I simply asked for a buzz with a lineup, but I was denied as "I would take too long". Ended up being charged $45 for the worst cut I have ever recieved. Would never go here again and honestly wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values how they look.

They take their time on you each time, and you walk out with clean fresh cuts. Good music and good cuts. Expérience négative: Have no respect for peoples time. I booked an appointment with Zoe for 12:30 pm, got there 10 mins early and ask Walker himself if Zoe would be coming as I did not see him. He assured me he’s coming soon. When Leon finished his client, he called me over. I said i’m waiting for Zoe, he then proceeded to tell me that Zoe isn’t going to be coming in any time soon. I told them they should update their booking site so that people in my situation don’t waste time as they can see which barbers are working what day. They didn’t even seem apologetic and just brushed me off. I have been going there for more than 2 years. Wasted more than 30 mins just sitting there. They have just lost my business. Really disappointed.

I booked an appointment with Leon and the schedule was so packed I delayed my haircut for a week. Upon entering the barbershop I was not greeted nor acknowledged. I sat down and after I saw a few customers approach the first barber I did too. Leon could not even make eye contact and told me that I will get a haircut if I am flexible. After asking multiple times how long is the wait time for a cut he kept saying “be flexible” and dismissed me. I don’t know if he is shy or can’t comprehend a simple conversation but I say down assuming flexible meant time. He tried to pawn me off to another barber and I refused. I told him I would wait and he told me “up to you, you will be waiting for awhile”I would not recommend coming into a shop like this where they stink of arrogance’. Peoples time is important and clearly their online booking system has no purpose. If you value your time stay away from this establishment.

Expérience fantastique: After being denied entrance to Tommy Guns Barbershop for no abvious reason ( my wife went there with my son and kept standing in front nobody opened the door for her, they were watching her from inside) she came to this wonderfull barbershop and got our kid a holiday haircut, he was so happy.. Staff is nice kept telling my kid jokes he had a good time. I recommand !

Expérience fantastique: This place is great. The barbers are very skilled. Walker does a great job and is super friendly. I love how he sings along to songs. It adds to the positive vibes of the place. Also he is a master at his craft. This is the best barbershop in Barrhaven.

Expérience fantastique: Amazing barber shop! Lots of great barbers. My family and I are new to Ottawa and have been trying out different barbers to find a good one for my boy and the search is over. Leon is a real pro. Great with kids. The best cut my sons ever had.

Expérience négative: One of the worst experiences for getting a haircut in Ottawa. Walked out with a pretty bad cut. The barber had no courtesy whatsoever and was full of attitude. He didn't care about the kind of haircut I was wanting. I'm not the one to leave bad reviews for any business, but I would not visit this salon again, leave aside recommending it to someone else.
