They are friendly, efficient, their customer service is amazing! And the hair cut I leave with is exactly what I requested and wanted and love! Definitely give them a try, you’ll never be sorry!

I've been a repeat client of hers since last November and have received amazingly consistent cuts since! Yes, the price is higher that the chain shops, but only by about 20%. If you have it in your budget, it is well worth the switch!

Experiencia positiva: Made an appointment with a specific stylist the day before my appointment. They put me with someone else anyway. No acknowledgement, no reason. Person did a great job whoever he was, but thats beside the point. Do what you say you're going to do. Or at least give a reason. EDIT: One of the owners did contact me and helped figure out what happened. He was apologetic and offered a solution which is rare these days. And while it doesn't change what did happen, having some humility and attempting to rectify the situation went a long way. Ill be back. Changed 2 stars to 4.

Experiencia negativa: Lexy C could not follow instructions and it’s too high when dying your hair to understand. This is the second time I took my teenage daughter there she does really good haircuts, but each time we’ve had her dye the hair. It has not been what my daughter has asked for. The first time we went back and she fixed it and did not charge any extra so just chalked it up to maybe she didn’t understand because she does do a halfway decent job of styling and haircut haircuts. Went back again she just wanted blonde and black chunky highlights after four hours. We got dirty blonde with brown tips and very streaky in the back not even very blonde and brown not black. All she did was put a toner in the brown and then try to tell us that she didn’t want to ruin her hair instead of saying that she couldn’t do it in the beginning or any of the concerns about black die in the beginning told us yes yes she understood and after four hours, it is not what my daughter wanted it she tried talking her into it. My daughter is sweet and didn’t really say anything to her, but was in the bathroom crying after the haircut cause not only is it not what you want it but she had to spend her Christmas money if $200 to get something that is not what she asked for and her response was well. I’ll just have to learn to like it like it. This is not OK then on the car ride home. She tells me that Lexy reached of marijuana every time she got close to her.

Experiencia positiva: Update: I called the shop and let them know what happened. The owner called me back and we had a conversation about my experience. He ended up giving me a full refund since I already fixed it. He was very understanding and helpful. He gave me his contact info so next time I decide to go in he can set me up with a great stylist that will fit my needs. I’m not sure when or if I will go back at this time but I appreciate the wonderful customer service. Going in the appointment system was great and I was sat quickly. The people in the shop seemed friendly. They take walk-in’s, which is great, but I did get the worst hair cut I have ever had. The final cut looked nothing like what I asked for even though I showed a picture. My barber was Benjamin H. who seemed a bit nervous but I figured that I would give him a chance. When he finished an hour already passed. I didn’t like it so I let him know what I would want different and he took another 30 minutes for almost nothing to change. I now have parts of my hair that I have been growing out for months much shorter and there was little to no blending from the front to the back of my head. I asked for a very simple bob and ended up looking like Carol Brady from the Brady Bunch. I ended up crying all the way home and an now driving an hour to go to my previous barber to see if we can fix it at all. I’m sad to have spent money here when I had seen so many great reviews.

I had given up and just thought that I was going to have to walk around with hideous hair. I was scheduled with Kealy and my god did she work a miracle. SHE IS AMAZING. Experiencia negativa: Not to happy with my haircut. They charged my 45 and online it says I should get a combo of things done that I didnt get. Eyebrows, hot neck shave etc. Also I never got shown the back of my head and when I got home I noticed its this downward fade. Not straight across. I had told her I wanted a regular mid fade. She never asked if I wanted this downward fade.. probably won't be going back.

My hair was previously colored red and black for years and I went to her and asked for a bright, vibrant blue color. I never expected to get so much lift when she bleached it and for my hair to be as blue as it ended up being. Miki is extremely talented and I would recommend her to anyone! Her haircut was amazing as well and she is such a nice person who truly shows she cares! If you want a hair stylist that takes time to give you a hairstyle or color that makes you feel confident, then Miki is the hairstylist for you.

I'm growing my hair out from a buzz cut, and in the past, consultations were just about showing a stylist a picture and hoping for the best. Mikahla was different. She took the time to understand my specific hair type—my Middle Eastern curl patterns, thickness, and even my widow's peak. She helped me create a personalized plan to grow my hair out, showing me different styles and lengths that would help me avoid the awkward in-between phase. Her expertise with color is also amazing. I’ve gone to her twice for coloring, and my hair has never felt happier after being bleached and dyed. It wasn't fried and still felt smooth and silky. Her genuine care made me feel so comfortable, and I left feeling more confident than I ever have after a haircut. She's a truly talented and thoughtful stylist, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who listens and understands their hair on a deeper level. Her skills in braiding are truly unmatched in my opinion. Plus, she has incredibly gentle hands, so my hair was never pulled. I'll definitely be going back to Semion for her services!

Whomever cut his hair, gave him the highest fade hes ever gotten. I guess he was right... Life really is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get.
