Fantastic experience: Was in there yesterday super exceptional service Maddie cut my two-year-old hair and it seems like she had the gift for cutting kids hair never in 1 million years that I think it would be that simple and look that great five stars all the way down recommend this place to any parent who have young children that need their haircut

Negative experience: I just had the worst haircut of my entire life here. Every single thing I said I wanted was botched. I did everything right, I showed pictures, I asked for a comb and showed exactly where my beard is supposed to start and where the haircut needed to end. I ended up with my beard halfway down my cheeks anyway. I felt something wrong and turned to look "don't worry there's a guard on it." He ignored when I said "this is a good length" and ran over my head with CLIPPERS after I said finger length scissor cut. I said "are you going shorter?" And he said "I'm just cleaning it up". I was horrified when I turned around. I can't wear a hat to work. This will take 2 months to even have a chance at looking normal again. The owner Mike was too busy butting into someone else's quiz to pay attention to what I said I wanted, and just did what he wanted anyway. I am never letting another stylist do another haircut where I'm not facing the mirror to stop them before they make mistakes I have to be humiliated with for months. He offered me some fake hair to cover it but he took so much off the back it just looks fake and dirty. Yes my hair is thin but it was workable. Other stylists may not be perfect but they at least pay attention and listen. Mike managed to make the thinnest areas as short as possible and completely took off my bangs while leaving the top shaggy and uneven. The fade is hard on the left and blended on the right. Honestly it couldn't be worse if he was trying to make me look like a tool. I want every dollar back from this visit and even that still won't make this right. --- Since I can't respond to his wife's statement I'll point out that yes I did not ask for a beard trim because I did NOT WANT IT TO BE TOUCHED. I specifically said to stop at the ears. It's appalling that you call ignoring your customer's instructions "going above and beyond". What this actually is, is grounds for a licensing board complaint. I get haircuts in new cities all the time and this is the first I've ever heard a barbershop whine that it takes up to five visits to get a haircut right. No, it really doesn't. Everyone else seems to manage it. And my review will stand so people can see that they shouldn't expect their haircut to be right the first time - or even the fourth - at your barbershop. I gave $60 because he whined that the fake hair was $25, and because I had somewhere to be at 5pm, I got there at 3:45, and he took an hour on a simple fade. (Not an hour and a half - one hour, because he started 10 minutes late too, and I left at 4:45 and still made it to my meeting at exactly 5:00 - barely. Also, he passed off ONE client to you, not two. You didn't exactly have people lining up for cuts. But I'm not surprised to see his wife here gaslighting in his defense since she tried it in the store too). I'll let some photos do the talking. This is the quality of "fade" I left with after an hour, and I'm too humiliated to show what the back looks like. The fact of the matter is that you botched the haircut and I wouldn't need $25 fake hair if you had done the haircut right in the first place. So no, you really don't deserve that money at all, and I will be there in the morning to collect it.

After bouncing around to a few different places, I can confidently say The Vault Barbershop gave me the best haircut I’ve had since moving here. They absolutely nailed the cut, took their time, and knew exactly how to work with my hair texture. On top of that, the price was extremely fair. It was $35 for a haircut, beard trim, and beard lineup, which is hard to beat for the quality of work. Great atmosphere, skilled barbers, and a professional experience from start to finish. Negative experience: I went here cause my barber was booked and it was my only day to get a cut. Guy Totally cut all my hair off. I felt like it was starting off well then 45mins later I started worrying. Never turned the chair around for me to see until he was done. I am pretty sure my guy messed it up and made an executive decision to just wack it all in hopes it would look decent enough for me not to complain. I am not one to make a scene so I paid and left but will never return.

Fantastic experience: Booked my first appointment at The Vault Barbershop. Reservation was made online, very convenient and effortless. Haircut was a relaxed experience. The Barber has a very easygoing demeanor which made the appointment very smooth. Coming from California, I can tell you there are few barbers who give this crispy of a cut, without taking an hour to complete the fade. Highly recommended, and is one of those barbers you want to catch early before they get booked out constantly. 10/10 for the Barber Sanad.

He screamed the whole time but all of the guys helped me try to calm him down. They even allowed me to hold him. They did such a great job I took my adopted son. Now both boys will be getting their haircut together each month. While I was there I watched Scott give a little boy with ASD a haircut. He was amazing with him. I highly recommend this place!

His attention to detail was impressive and his abilities don’t just stop at cutting hair. He is very personable, and I feel that he shows his passion for cutting hair through his interactions with customers. I never felt like just another customer when sitting in his chair. If you just want a hair you can go any old shop, but if you want an experience you won’t find anywhere else visit the vault and ask for Isaiah to hook you up, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

What really blew me away—there was a power outage the night before, and Mike slept in the shop to make sure he’d be ready the next morning. The place is aesthetically pleasing and looks like a guys type of place. It’s very clean and well lit. My barber Michael was professional and an extremely great barber. I showed him a few pics and told him what style I was going for. He looked at the pic and started with the cut. He took his time and when he was done, I was a very happy client. I’m giving this place 5 enthusiastic stars for their professionalism and their attention to customer service. My cut was perfect and I will be back again. I’m looking forward to my next cut.

Fantastic experience: Took my 6 y old nephew in here to get a hair cut for summer. He has very curly hair and some places don't always give us the style we ask for. The vault was great!! A newer guy did the haircut(he did great) but the lady who also runs the place watched, talked him through, and helped out in the end. They took their time with him, made sure he looked his best when he left there. They gave him the cutest fade, trimmed his curls perfectly and let him pick a small design for the side. He choose a lighting bolt, and it turned out so cute. They were all so helpful explaining what he needs moving forward with his haircuts to help his hair grow in correctly. They got new customers out of us. All of the staff was friendly. Very chill and comfortable environment. This place is doing a great job! We will continue to bring him in for his haircuts. Won't be going anywhere else.
