Fantastic experience: Wouldn't trust my hair elsewhere. It is a 30 minute drive for me, but all the other barbershops are charging 40+ for a haircut(and they still are terrible or are selling you on things that arent just a haircut and good talk) or they are 60+ year old guys who can't cut a straight line. (Went to 3 of them in the past two years when I was in a pinch) I get mine cut preferably every two weeks, but occasionally push it up to 3.

Positive experience: Great local barbershop. You can schedule online and the service is good.

It’s well priced, has a good atmosphere, and is conveniently located. What you see is what you get. Shout out to my dude Ian, he’s clean with the fade every time.

Fantastic experience: Any mother who has taken a preteen/teen son to get a haircut knows how dreadful this can be. That was until we found Buckeye barbershop. My son was so happy with haircuts from the moment we left the first time. My son is now 19 and continues to love his haircuts by Roger and lord knows this boy is picky about his hair. He loves that everything runs by appointment so there is never a wait and he's always guaranteed a fresh cut right when needed due to being able to schedule ahead. I know my boy will be a customer for life. If you don't get the pleasure to be a customer of Buckeye Barbers, well you're just simply just settling for less than the best!

Negative experience: Just walked in to see if I could get a cut they’re appointment only. 5 dudes standing around with open chairs don’t wanna make money apparently. This why y’all spot in a grocery store.

Fantastic experience: We hit the jackpot moving into the neighborhood and discovering this gem. Each barber had their own unique style but every one of them are masters at their craft. Fantastic experience: I have tried multiple barbershops and salons and this is the first place I have found that my son actually liked his hair cut. He will be 18 soon and it has been many years of trial and error. The staff is great and were very helpful our first trip there. They did a great job helping to determine the best cut for his hair type. My son has been back several time now and is booked for another cut this week. Highly recommend letting them handle all your hair related needs.

Fantastic experience: I set my first appointment and arrived a few minutes early. Dalibar was right on time and extremely professional and once he knew what type of cut I wanted he proceeded to give me a super haircut. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The idea of setting an appointment for your haircut is exceptional and while I realize things come up from time to time we as the customer need to be sure to communicate with Buckeye Barbershop so they can accommodate others if you can't be on time of your scheduled appointment. Remember, you set the appointment they did not! I can't wait to return as the entire staff were professional and courteous to everyone there!

Fantastic experience: The shop is inside the ACME in Ellet. There is no problem with parking. The 4 barbers know their clients well. Dalibor, Phil, Roger and Dan, and Ian care about their repeat customers and the new ones who try them out. They ask questions about what you want. The conversation flows freely and usually revolves around sports, gaming or whatever the current topic is. This is a great shop for all ages. I go to Dan and appreciate his patience as he cuts my flattop. If you haven't tried Buckeye Barbershop, what are you waiting for? You will get a quality cut and make a new friend in your barber.

Fantastic experience: I discovered this place after my boyfriend took our son to a more expensive, newer barbershop that thought it was fancier and better but really I had to fix both of their hair every Single visit. Buckeye has been great since the first visit. I book the same guy, Dan every visit and the cut is perfect everytime. Atmosphere is great, close to home and efficient.

Fantastic experience: Just to offset the absurd reviews left by people that can't show up on time to their appointments and then want to get mad at the business and barbers who run it for not being able to complete their service. *Cough cough* Matthew Bard *Cough cough*. I've been getting my haircut here for 4 plus years now and have never had a bad experience. I also know how to be punctual, on-time for appointments, and I am literate. The atmosphere of this barber shop is first class and I can't recommend every chair in this place enough! As long as you can tell time and read location descriptions, you'll have a pleasant experience and a great cut!

Roger cut my son's hair perfectly and all the guys are friendly, professional, etc. We left another barber a few years ago because they couldn't keep things PG when a kid was in the shop. I never have that problem at Buckeye!

Fantastic experience: Note: they only accept cash. Fortunately they are patient if you forget and have to go find some! This is a fantastic barber shop and the barbers really know what they're doing. My husband got a haircut here recently and it's most certainly one of the best haircuts he has ever had. They also cut kid's hair! I didn't know this at first and took my 3 year old son to Great Clips like I normally do. Unfortunately the results were pretty rough that day. I was worried it was too short to fix without buzzing it completely. But I took him to Buckeye and they did such a fantastic job, I was so pleased with the results! My husband and my son will be customers from here on out!

He not only cut my boys hair... he also flipped the tv to cartoons without me asking, spoke softly to the boys about what was happening and listened to me spill my guts over recent events in our life... all while producing great results! Positive experience: This place let me down. It’s reputation precedes it, and I have a friend who got a great cut from Buckeye. However, my experience was unlike his. My barber, Ian, although a very friendly guy, was a novice. I showed him two photos of what I was looking for, and this dude chopped off so much of my hair I nearly fainted when I saw the result. Additionally, there was no wash with the cut, and had it been offered I would have gladly paid extra. Also, he didn’t blow dry my hair so until I was able to take a shower I had many strands of cut hair falling off my head and bleeding into my hand. Clear cut sign of someone who doesn’t know what their doing. Personally, I probably could have got a better cut at a super cuts. If you’re looking for an easy simple cut, this place will suffice. If you want a styled cut like me, go to a salon.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been looking for a good barber for awhile in the North Canton area for my two boys. Couldn’t find one that I loved & the walk in franchises are hit & miss! Noticed several of my friends commenting on this barbershop - so we drove down to Ellet & tried it. Best cuts they’ve ever had! The guys were professional, yet light hearted and fun! Fantastic experience: Despite the new covid challenges they have done everything they can to still take care of all of their clients safely and effectively. Those posting negative reviews were really never supportive of this small community barbershop or deserve to be a client. You must respect others personally and professionally to earn it back. If others can follow the new appointment scheduling then so can everyone. Even though my 16 year old has multiple special needs and not the easiest at sitting still they have been amazing the 14+ years we have taken him there and even longer with my husband and older son.
