Fantastic experience: First time visiting The Boardroom, and I must admit, I was skeptical about the prices since I’m accustomed to paying half the price elsewhere. However, Suzanne proved me wrong. The Boardroom truly delivers on its promises. The service was impeccable; I felt like a gentleman. Upon arrival, Suzanne treated me to a drink of my choice. After consulting with her, she convinced me to try The Benchmark service, and I must say, it was absolutely worth every penny. I’ll definitely be returning. If you’re a first-time visitor, make sure to ask for Suzanne. You’ll understand why The Boardroom is worth the price.

Fantastic experience: I came to see Gayatriben Patel and she took good care of me! I asked for a “low taper on the sides and some off the top” and showed her a picture of what I had in mind. It came out very nice and exactly how I imagined. Not too much off the top and my sides had a natural clean look. I normally don’t like getting haircuts because I feel like I walk out looking different, but with her, I walked out feeling confident. Very happy with my cut!

Positive experience: I was very disappointed in my experience today. I knew the guy who cut my hair wasn’t listening to me or didn’t understand what I was asking for. He finished and I paid for the haircut and left. Several hours later, I decided to return to have the back fixed because I really didn’t like it and it wasn’t what I asked for. My hair was “fixed”, but I was charged an additional fee to have it fixed. The manager stylists was great but I don’t think the front desk worker realized I came to get my hair fixed, not an additional cut. The only reason I give it 3 stars is the free beer.

I was incredibly fortunate to find Gayatri Patel at Boardroom West 7th, who not only meet my expectations, but exceeded them! She is a true artist when it comes to cutting hair. She is very detail oriented, has a thoughtful approach, and wasn’t afraid to point out where my previous style fell short and suggest changes. I am so lucky to have found Gayatri, and I especially LOVE the unlimited monthly offering here. The staff is very welcoming as well. As long as Gayatri is here at this location, I will be a customer here!

Negative experience: Paid $70 for haircut which wasnt worth single penny.Asked for a mid fade but the guy didnt do well like 0 knowledge.Had to go other barber shop rught away to get cut again.Planning to get a membership here but they should hire the professional plus when cutting machines were burning ears and neck.When washing he just wash with water.

Celeste is so engaging and full of life. She remembers all the details of our conversations and brings them up during my next visit. I’m a creature of habit, and I look for a place where I feel welcome and know. Celeste does an amazing job at that. Mattie is also amazing. She makes me feel welcome and knows what I drink and reminds me of my upcoming appointments.
