Negative experience: If a trainee is going to cut someone hair, they should be warned! That is something done for free! I’m not paying to train your barber! I had to redo my hair at home! Also, they are very unprofessional, liars without any ethics. The alleged professional barber did not know how to use machine, it was literally his first time working with scissors. A person was guiding him step by step how to use the machine snd how to use the scissor! He made such a mess i had to redo my hair myself at home! I don’t want $25 back! You unprofessionals ruined my hair just before holiday!

It’s possible there may have been a language barrier during your visit, and we always do our best to communicate clearly and meet every client’s expectations. Also, when someone gets a haircut only once every 8–9 months, the change can understandably feel like a bigger adjustment than expected.

That said, our only goal is for every client to leave fully happy and confident with their service. Please don’t hesitate to stop by the location where you received your haircut — we’ll gladly refund your $25 or offer you a complimentary service to make things right. We genuinely care about our clients and want you to leave satisfied.

Fantastic experience: Had Sunday as my barber for this visit. He understood exactly what I was asking for. He was patient and thorough to make sure the look he was giving me is the look that I wanted. Gave me a burst fade and touched up my beard with no complaints from me. Conversation was solid as well. Seemed like he wanted to make sure I had the best experience possible while there. Will definitely be returning. Long live the Butterfinger Barber!!

Fantastic experience: Went to Cuts on Lime (Hub) on Saturday, August 30th and had a great experience. I booked my appointment online for 10am, and sure enough, I was in the chair right at 10 like clockwork. My barber was Mr. Froukh and he crushed it. Super friendly, professional, and the line up he gave me was crispy and clean. Easily one of the best cuts I’ve had in a while. I’ll definitely be back. If you’re anything like me, the anxiety of looking for a good or even great barber is stressful. If you’re looking for a regular barber that’s multifaceted with cutting any type of hair, Mr Froukh is your guy.
