We want to assure you that the booking fee was introduced simply to help minimize no-shows, without resorting to charging the full service amount for missed appointments. We know unexpected things happen, and this small fee has helped us keep things running smoothly for both our clients and our barbers.
Regarding the app experience, we absolutely agree that searching each profile one by one is not ideal. Your comments are important to us, and we’ve already shared this with the waiting room customer service team. Improvements are currently in progress, because we truly want an easier and more seamless booking process for everyone.

We wish there was something we could do to make it easier for you and all our clients, but sadly, the parking situation is outside of our control. Please know that your patience and understanding on this front are greatly appreciated.
Regarding your concerns about the $2.99 booking fee, we want to be completely transparent: until our recent appointment system change that started July 7th, we never had any extra or unexpected fees. The booking fee is not something we set lightly or for any hidden purpose—it’s charged by the online platform we’re now using. We chose this system specifically so we wouldn’t have to require cards on file or charge late/cancellation fees, aiming to keep things as fair and flexible as possible for everyone.
We also want to let you know that, even with this fee, we’re still one of the most affordable shops in the area while striving to provide top-quality service for all our clients. We made the shift to mandatory appointments because of high demand, and it’s helping us ensure you avoid long waits and consistently receive the service you deserve. We’re aware that some are still adjusting to these changes, and we’re doing our best to communicate openly and make the transition as smooth as possible.
