I had the pleasure of visiting Jamal, the owner of the establishment, who demonstrated exceptional skill and professionalism in his craft. This was my first experience at a boutique barber shop rather than a chain, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service. The haircut exceeded my expectations, was completed efficiently within 30 minutes, and the facility itself was spotless, modern, and tastefully decorated with Middle Eastern furnishings. I have already scheduled my next appointment for the following month. I highly recommend this establishment.

Negative experience: Cut me multiple times. Shaved my beard way lower than I asked and before it got worse I said no we are done. Then she still tried to charge me $60 for a quick shave after acknowledging she not only cut me a few times and did the beard wrong. Do not waste your time here. Better off at a classic barber in the streets. They pretend to be “high end” but have outlets with no covers, missing baseboards. Exposed wires and staff that can’t handle a simple beard trim and shave with out cutting up the client

However, I visited because the barbershop is listed on Universal Studios’ employee page as offering an employee discount, and I was charged full price with no discount applied. There was no clarification about any requirements for the discount. Overall good haircut, but the discount issue was disappointing.
