Fantastic experience: This is a response to the review right below me. The barber who Sundeep is accusing of being disrespectful and unprofessional has been cutting my hair for over a year now. I’ve been searching for a consistent barber for a long time and am grateful to have found this man. We talk often and that sometimes involves talks about politics and current events in the world. Politics were bought up today, but we did not talk about LGBTQ or any religion or culture that the man is accusing him of making connotations towards. Nothing in that review below is true. What was NOT mentioned in that review is how rude Sundeep was to the barber. Me and the barber were having an AB conversation, and the customer, out of nowhere, says “Has anyone told you that you talk to much?” in a very snarky and aggressive tone, to which the barber said “You can not talk to people in a hostile tone like that, if there’s something I said that may have came off as offensive, we can talk after I’m done with my client and you’re done with your hair cut”. But the customer kept rudely talking over him and kept cutting him off in aggression. The barber wanted to find middle ground but the customer did not want to resolve the situation. He wanted to be mad. Even after the barber stopped talking, the customer kept calling him names. This barber is one of the most inclusive man I’ve met and I’d recommend him to anybody regardless of culture, religion, race, etc. The customer is lying and is in the wrong, not the barber.

Negative experience: I’ve been a client here for years and have always appreciated the professionalism of most of the team. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning because of one barber. Everyone’s entitled to their views, but this person was loudly making his opinions known about the LGBTQ+, Islamic, and Jewish communities. Things went too far when he began mocking Indian culture and accents and then asked me to “be civil.” Respect goes both ways. I come for a haircut, not to be disrespected. I will always stand up for myself and my community when treated disrespectfully. The rest of the staff have been kind and professional, and I hope this behavior is addressed.

Negative experience: I find it disrespectful that the lady at the front desk gave my boyfriend a bad attitude for being just 10 minutes late. There are ways to say things, not with bad attitude. They just lost a client; it's a shame because the barber isn't to blame. I' am senior manager of three shops, and an employee like that would be fired. You lack kindness and politeness. Get some training on how to treat customers. With me, you'd be fired because you're not qualified to work with people. You have one less client for being rude. They do not apply the policy establish on the app. You don't have any education. You don't qualify work with people you are very rude! Lost clients, money and recomendations.

Fantastic experience: came all the way from Ocala to get a haircut and was truly impressed by the excellent service. I had been to other barbershops before, but none compare to this one. Lucas, the barber, was highly professional, and the atmosphere of the place speaks volumes about its quality. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Fantastic experience: A warm, welcoming environment. Super chill. Beverages available, pool table, tattoo parlor, Pac Man arcade, etc. Always clean and everyone is kind and professional. We've been coming for close to two years now. Our barber, Caio, is the absolute best! Decades of experience and the kindness, chillest guy ever. We won't go to anyone else. He does my hair and my young sons hair as well. The owner, Diego, treats you like family. Highly recommend. Great place, great people, and skilled barbers and staff.

Fantastic experience: I saw the price of the haircut online and was slightly put off at the start, but I gave it a shot, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff. Parking is limited, but the entire location is really nice. There are some really cool shops around it and it was cool to be able to check them out as I walked to the barber. If I parked close I would have missed it otherwise. The barber Gilberto did a really nice job fading my hair and tapering the top with scissors. It was very professional. The barber next to him was sharing great and uplifting spiritual dialog. The total experience was great. I think the price was worth the experience. You won't get the same relaxing satisfying feeling at the traditional 20-25 barber shop. Oh and it was nice having a free coffee

Two good ones is great too me and I’ll definitely be returning. Was $35 plus tip for a 0 fade. No pushing for little things like eyebrows, very pleasant experience. Negative experience: Found this place on google maps and had good reviews so I went to try it. Kinda hard to find and no parking readily available but that’s manageable. The issue was with the cut itself. I was a walk-in and I asked for a taper cut with a little bit off the top. Guy they put me with was very nervous which made me think maybe new, but he was very meticulous with making sure the lines were good, even, and symmetrical. The problem came with the top of my hair. He started cutting and then cutting and cutting some more. Suddenly a little off the top became a whole 2-3 inches off, and even after he styled it and everything,he kept going back to cutting more. I was afraid he was just gonna keep going. In fact, I think he knew he went overboard as he tried to blow dry my hair to cover it some and give it more volume. I think honestly that the issue he had was that in his effort to make it look symmetrical and even all around, he kept cutting and cutting more. Sides were perfect like I said, but what’s the point of me asking “a little off the top” if you’re just gonna go wild. Truth is Hair grows back, so I’m not too distressed about it, but it is a whole lot shorter than I wanted it and I had told him from the beginning and he seemed to have understood. Went from having a good 6 inches on the top, wanting down to 5, and now I have 3. Will I come back? Doubt it,unless it was somebody else that was confident and knew what they were doing. Most of all, that gave me what I asked.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for a couple years now, favorite is Jefferson. Excellent service all around, including the amenities while I wait, which is hardly ever because I make the appointment online and sit down immediately. They mostly speak Portuguese, which is a plus because I can just relax and get a haircut and not have to make tedious small talk. I give very little direction and they are able to produce a hair cut I really like. There are times when I may be picky but they are happy to work with me until it’s up to my liking, using a translator if we have to.

Negative experience: They absolutely ruined my hair, I’ve been growing my hair out and wanted to get it shaped and instead they chopped half of it off. The barber made sure I couldn’t see what was going on while he cut 6 inches of hair off.

Positive experience: The gentleman gave me an amazing haircut, and he was quick, the price was a little meh, and I was really looking forward to a hot shave, which I repeated to him 3 times as he began to clip my beard and mustache with an electric trimmer. I thought it was odd at first but stayed silent, trusting the process. However after a quick once over with a corded shaver he said we were done and charged me for almost full price of a hot shave. Granted I should have maybe been a little more vocal? Also seemed to be a slight language barrier. To end on a positive my hair did look stellar.
